Review 1：- major disadvantage is wifi. If you want wifi in your room, you have to pay extra 30 euro per person for week. there was free wifi in reception, but it was extremly bad and almost impossible to use - staff wasn't friendly, except few workers - we stayed in this hotel for 3 days and nobody came to change bed sheets, towels or bin can - beds for children only suitable for very small ones, because it was too small for teens. beds weren't very comfortable as well

Review 7：After shopping for milk, food and groceries we realized on the 1st day that the refrigerator did not work (food was warm). They stored our food and replaced the fridge the day after. My husband's bed was broken and he could not sleep the first night. The bed base they replaced it with was old and extremely noisy so we BOTH could not sleep the second night. They replaced it again and it was fine. The dinner restaurant is awful, like eating at a caffetteria, bad ambience, extremely noisy and ridiculously expensive for what they offer. The garden in front of the rooms is close to a engine and you hear a constant noise. At night the piano bar runs till midnight and you hear the music from the master bedroom.

Review 8：The beach is fantastic (five stars) and very well kept. Our boat excursion with Roberto was the highlight of our stay The rooms are not four-star standards but the shower was very nice The children animation program and staff is wonderful. The magician show was lovely.

Review 9：A few negatives: - WiFi in the room payable, at the reception very slow - kitchen dining area compose like a balcony so no proper air cond. -entertainment,Kids Club activities go all the day long and as the resort is quiet small it is ratherloudy at the pool and in the Garden area

Review 11：We did have a few issues with our hot water, tv and air conditioning. All were fixed but did play a part in reducing our overall comfort.

Review 12：Pools were great for a family and loved our apartment being on the ground floor so that the kids could run around on the grass with us sitting on the veranda.

Review 13：The appartment was dirty upon arrival, poorly equipped (we had to ask for a knive, pots etc). Staff was very cold, but the animation group on the other hand very friendly.

Review 15：These days and at this price free wi-fi should be available not only at the bar and the reception but everywhere. Staff at the reception could be a bit more friendly. During one week, the room was not cleaned once! It would be nice if this was done at least once a week. At lunch time, a copy of the receipt should be provided to the guests otherwise, there is no way of knowing of verifying it when checking out!

Review 16：Beach is very clean and safety guards are very helpful. Swimming pool, quality of food is excellent, animations staff is very friendly. The responsible person for fitness and animation is great, very professional! Excellent location for a family vacation.

Review 17：Interesting rules, regarding internet WIFI, free WIFI only in public area. For 15 euro, you can get WIFI in you room, BUT only for one device. It is very very uncomfortable, especially if you want at the same time, use two or three devices.

Review 21：You had everything under one roof - two swimming pools, nice beach (very windy when we were there but wind changes direction often), stylish lounge bar between beach and swimming pool, tennis court, boules, small kids' playground, table football. Simply and tastefully decorated. Rooms (we stayed in 3 bed villa) spacious and well-equipped. Generally very friendly and helpful staff, including housekeepers, beach attendant was also particularly kind. Also appreciated that the car park was near accommodation and flat - we've stayed in places before where one really had to trek with the suitcases, etc. from carpark to reception to room, up and down stairs! Just note: - no onsite self-service laundrette, hotel offers laundry service, but there is a laundrette in the nearby marina, easily reachable by car - great little grocery shop just outside hotel, super-convenient - great family-friendly restaurant just opposite hotel on main road. Suppose in high season the onsite restaurant in hotel is also open, it wasn't open yet when we were there - when we were there, hotel did not offer breakfast - beach towels are rented at Eur2.50 each - nearby town of Villasimius is one of our favourites in Sardinia; compact and very well-stocked with beach toy shops, supermarkets, banks etc. - many wonderful beaches nearby, best reached by car Pierpaolo was in particular a fantastic manager who took excellent personal care of us. Didn't care so much for the rest staff who were more keen to "go by the book" (e.g. we were told by reception lady that wifi vouchers were 'free' only because wifi wasn't working well, otherwise charged) but Pierpaolo went over and above - even posting back a teddy that our child has lost! All in all, a lovely sojourn for us and we hope to be back.

Review 22：The mattress on the beds were less than comfortable. Please change to memory foam. More meal options for lunch and dinner, maybe even a la carte for dinner

Review 23：Ideally situated on the a private sandy beach, with a choice of two pools. Ideal for a family with children of any age. We had a two bed apartment with a newly refurbished bathroom which was very modern and super clean! Pools and beach are 2 mins walk away from apartments, so no time wasted in topping up your tan. Kids clubs Elena and Kiwi were very engaging with the kids :)
