Review 1：I would appreciate another chair in the room. Neither my husband nor I can sit comfortably on the bed. It causes back aches.

Review 3：Breakfast need more variety on the continental buffet, like cheeses, marmalades and definitely more variety of bread to have with cold cuts and cheese all breads seem to be sweet and the only option for people who do not eat sweet is a dry old toast. Restaurant staff need to be more attentive. This is our 5th stay at thee Victoria...and this is always our findings. The restaurant staff seem to joke and have fun together behind the bar or next to the main entrance, but it take few minutes to get offered a menu or even a coffee.

Review 5：It's usually clean, but this time all of my pillows had some kind of mark or hair on. Very unusual though because this hotel is usually very clean, so I trust this was a one-off and I will stay again.

Review 19：very poor service - the staff are extremely unhelpful about giving local information and directions, and they don't provide a local map as most places do. Guadalajara is a large and confusing city to get around in - luckily the computers were available and we used google maps to figure out how to find the places we wanted to see. It would have been nice if they had maps and if you're looking for a place that is centrally located and you plan on actually leaving the hotel to see the city - i would advise you to choose somewhere else.

Review 21：The staff was friendly and help. I don't speak much Spanish, but their was always someone on staff that did, and made every effort to help. I bought some jeans that needed to be altered and it was on a Saturday in the afternoon and places where closing and one of the ladies, sorry I forget her name helped me find a place. The WiFi was excellent.

Review 79：After a trip from 10 hours we wanted to take a shower. There wasn't any towel when we arrived in the room. We use the phone in the room to ask for the towels. In a few minutes they came to bring only 2 towels while the reservation was for 4 persons. The breakfast was really bad! only 2 toasted breads and some fruit with milk and orange juice. The next day we has gone to an other hotel to have a GOOD breakfast.
