Review 1：- We had a power cut at night and the reception was only open until 6pm during winter time. Called the emergency number twice and luckily they allowed us to swap rooms.

Review 3：What a beautiful stay, right across from the lake. We spent 5 nights here and it was lovely. The view was fantastic, good enough kitchen for you to cook in. Nice and spacious, staff were very friendly. Our Tv wasn't working so they offered us another room but we had such a nice view we stayed put. Highly reccomended.

Good breakfast (not breathtaking as mentioned by others, but still above average). The city of Torbole pretty small and not crowded (in October), but still enough restaurants in the town and even more nearby

Review 11：Friendly reception experience. Fantastic view from our huge balcony. Lovely ten minute walk along the lake to the centre of Torbole. Hotel had booked a meal for us for at a special price in a local restaurant, great value!

Review 12：They had weird covers for the beds, with blankets inside half sheets. If it was warm, you couldn't sleep with just a sheet over you. However, the bed was good and that was a minor thing. The parking was tight but ok.

Review 13：This place was great! The view was lovely (and they even arranged an early morning sunrise for us!). The breakfast was delicious, with granola, yogurt, eggs, meat, cheeses, pastries, amazing. It was close to town and near lots of attractions.

Review 14：I felt like we were in a dorm room and it would have been fine but we were on our honeymoon. It would be great for singles traveling together. The town of Torbole doesn't have much to do unless you like the water sports.

Review 15：The staff was amazing! We had a great view of the lake and town and it's a short walk to restaurants and stores. Since we were on our honeymoon they gave us a free bottle of prosecco when we arrived.

Review 18：The parking at the hotel is tight and tricky but just try not to arrive too late and you will be fine.

Review 19：The hotel location is ideal for both excellent views of the mountains and lake (do go up to the garden at the back) and for a short stroll into Torbole (5 mins). Quieter than being right in town.

Review 20：The exit from the hotel is on the corner of a busy road with no pedestrian crossing, quite dangerous especially with a toddler. Some rooms are very dated (but the price is almost the same!) but luckily we got upgraded to the newer floor.

Review 24：We were a young couple on our first visit to Lake Garda. The hotel is set right on the lake with magnificent views . Restaurants , ice cream parlours and shops are a pleasant 5 minute walk down the road along the front of Lake Garda. TIP - if it gets a bit windy down at the lake or you fancy a bit of chill out time , head to the little roof top garden they have and chill out on one of their bean bags :)

Review 25：Very tasty breakfast, all the products were excellent, good coffee, hame-made bakery, fresh fruits. Very big room, we got upgraded from standard to lake view room for free, very comfy bed, free parking, just couple of minutes walking to little town with restaurants. Great location with picturesque view.

Review 37：While the entire stay at Hotel Residence Torbole was extremely pleasant arguably the highlight of the trip was the discountsmin. The discountsmin, a young man who worked at reception, was extremely accommodating. He frequently provided us with discounts on a wide array of expenses ranging from bottles of wine to upgraded hotel rooms. I cannot speak highly enough of the discountsmin but I can recommend that any visitor to Torbole stays at the Hotel Residence if only to experience the generosity of the discountsmin first hand.

Review 47：We spent a very pleasant week's holiday (17 to 24th July 2014) here for our Ruby Wedding Anniversary. All the staff were very helpful but we would like to thank Claudia in Reception especially for checking and sorting out our touring travel questions, this being our first visit to Italy. The hotel is situated in probably the best location for views of Lake Garda and mountain scenery. Our good sized room with separate mini kitchen and balcony on the 3rd floor was very clean and tidy. The breakfast selection of food was good and enjoyable.

Review 107：The staff were so pleasant and really couldn't do enough for you. Our room was very clean and spacious - we were upgraded as soon as we (without asking ) to a lake view. Breakfast was of superb quality and fresh. Staff were willing to spend time chatting to us about the history of torbole and were very sociable. Everything we needed and wanted from our hotel was met. If i could pick one thing to improve then it would be the breakfast area outside to be a little bigger - its beautiful to eat right outside 15metres from the lake but when the carpark is full it gets a little crowded and the cars can be right next to where your eating....We WILL definatley be staying here again next year.

The room was cleaned every day. It was well worth the extra money to book the room with the lake view and balcony. Even paying the extra it was still very reasonably priced. The view was spectacular. It was central and we will definitely be back.
