Review 1：The breakfast was very poor, not a food good selection for the European taste. Many containers were already empty as we came in the morning at 9.30 pm. No taxis waiting in front of a five star Hotel to collect guests, only inconvenient tuc-tucs (Mopeds with a lousy trailer).

Review 2：Great location directly beside the Mekong river, We had a room with an awesome view. Our two room apartment was equipped with everything. The wooden floor is high gloss varnished, very slippery be careful. The stuff was always very helpful and polite, speaking English.

Review 3：The apartments are great for families. Big kitchen, washing machine and we had three big bedrooms all with bathrooms. Good being down by the river in terms of location. Good pool - probably as good as you are going to get for the location and pricing.

Review 4：Furniture a little old, however, it is relatively well-maintained. Water for shower wasn't warm enough. Floor always felt a little too slippery.

Review 13：The internet is not even close to standard in today's environment. The internet in nearby restaurants was far better than in the hotel. Most worrying was the allegation from the management by Mr Sethy Thon that the hotel was over booked for one night due to governmental stays and needed that we stayed the second of our three nights booked in the next door hotel for one night. As we're always prepared to help we agreed to at least check and have a look at the next door Cambodiana hotel which regretfully was no upgrade but was many classes lower. So for us an absolute NO GO. Next day we only saw new arrivals from English and French groups, nothing governmental. Thus the management by mr Sethy Thon has been lying to us from the start and needed to find a victim. These people should be sacked straight away ! So be carefull !

Review 14：The location and the servicing staff is very nice.

Review 15：staff: rude, i booked a quiet room in the upper floor with balcony and i got a loud room facing the street on the first floor with no balcony with no excuse, checked in about 16:00 hrs. so early enough. if you want better value, book one of the small really nice hotels, where we stayed the last night and were very pleased - and much cheaper!

Review 18：Stayed for 2 nights here, we had a 3 bedroom apartment. The check in staff was very friendly and informative. Location is good but all the restaurants are about a 1km walk. The apartment was spacious and clean. Had a late check out with no problem and the hotel driver even stopped at a local supermarket to pick up some Kompot pepper to take home.

Review 19：Wifi was marginal strength and kept dropping out. Our balcony view was obscured by large palms and did not get the sun and had no table or chairs - hence did not get used. Because these are apartments, the best ones are taken by long-stays/owners over the peak period. Pool was great but the service not so.

Review 20：The apartments are close to night-time bars/restaurants and the rooms are large. Great to have a full size fridge/freezer. On-Site ATM. Staff very helpful and English pretty good. Not 5-stars but a comfortable base to travel out from.

Review 24：Excellent breakfast! Stayed for 4 days in September 2014. 5 minutes walk from the royal palace and the restaurants on Sisowath Quay. Very good place for jogging along the Mekong river in the morning and they have their own micro brew called the Gem and Jade, tasty beer!

Review 25：My room was facing the main road, and even though it was far and the room was on 4 th floor, the noise of the traffic came right through as if the road was right outside the room. Different wifi passwords for different areas of the hotel.

Review 51：The shower was awful and didnt work. The first room we were put in the aircon leaked - so we had to switch off and it was really hot. Then the geyser wouldnt work and the water wasnt getting hot. they sent a repair man twice who couldnt fix it - he said reception will call us, which they didnt. we eventually called for the manager twice and he never returned our call. Reception asked us to change rooms - which was extremely inconvenient as we just stocked up the kitchen cupboards and fridge for the holiday - let alone our luggage, but there was no choice as there was no hot water. The second room - the ceiling in the bathroom leaked and was mouldy (the repairman came and fixed the leak), the shower was awful and stopped and started. All in all I cannot understand the rating - its the first time I have been disappointed with ratings from bookings.com
