Review 1：There was no air-conditioning and the room got quite hot in the middle of the night.
Review 2：Very friendly staff. Room was large with comfortable beds and separate toilet and shower room. Very cosy room and lovely breakfast in the morning.

Review 12：This family-run hotel is very welcoming. The food at the restaurant was tasty. The owner and his son even extended the hours to accommodate my family, as we arrived rather late at night. The rooms are clean and simple in a way that creates calm, especially with the forest outside. For our family of four children, it was great to find a large room with four beds. We'd love to return.

Review 14：The stairs to most rooms is outside - which could be dodgy in wet weather or for older people. However, overall it did add to the charm of the place and there is one room downstairs, which is 'under cover'.
Review 15：We loved staying here. Our hosts, Linda and Paul, were very helpful and friendly, even lending us a couple of their umbrellas on a showery day. The other staff were great, too. We ate in two nights and had large servings of very good food.The room was big (4 beds) and the ensuite had a separate toilet to the shower room. The towels smelt lovely. This attractive hotel is in a quiet, wooded area, just a stroll away from Arcen and has only 4 guest rooms, all of which were occupied during our stay. We loved the location and peace and quiet, yet proximity to pretty Arcen and within easy reach of the Maas and Venlo - by private or public transport. We would happily return again if we are in that area.
Review 16：The owners Paul and Linda are fine hosts, the smile that greeted usafter our Motorcycle ride down from Amsterdam was itself worth the roomrate. The room was spotless in appearance, the bathroom was absolutelyfirst class and the meals we had were excellent quality. I willdefinitely return to this fine establishment.

The rooms were comfortable and clean.the food was very good with excellent service.we enjoyed our one night stay and were well looked after.the staff advised me where to park my motorbike with safety and security in mind.i would go out of my way to stay there again
Review 18：We chose De Arcende Herberg for its situation, being close to floriade,which was our purpose in visiting Holland. Another important feature wasthat the hotel offered free car parking. Also compared to the otherhotels we looked at, the price was favourable.
