Review 1：the fact we could not use wifi in room or garden area had to go to restuarant also between booking .com or hotel booking info was changed 2 small beds instead of 1 king bed in Junior suite

Review 2：Parking was at a premium most of the time. A couple of minor stains on one bed cover, but I inspected all the bedding based on that, and otherwise all was clean.

Review 3：The property appears to be going through a big upgrade, particularly the tower section where we stayed, but the workers and staff went to great pains to minimize disruption which we appreciated.

Review 4：Room service food got me sick for 4 days, there's an olive oil factory nearby so it sometimes smells funny, the pool is obviously cold, gym's schedule is quite inconvenient.

Review 12：Its well known to taxi drivers, near Gran Plaza Mall, and close to most activities in this beautiful city. Upon arrival, my reservations were instantly confirmed with no surprises and I was met by the door man for assistance with luggage and guidance to my room. Breakfast had large selection of items and numerous staff to aid in anything I desired. Excellent value for a very reasonable price ! I will always return~

Review 13：People is the worst, they don't like to serve because they used to face a lot of work (believe it or not), nor they will assist you if you are dying, if you can avoid it do it, if not, get ready for a bad experience

Review 17：It's sold as a 5 star hotel, well, it's a 2 star hotel. The hotel is old, has only one elevator working, the buffet is really poor and the food really bad, laundry service is terrible, they returned my jacket wet and stincky and they charged me anyway. You can hear absolutely everything from the next rooms. But the worst part is that it's rated as a 4 or 5 star hotel and that is a lie.

Review 21：Although a good size the bar was often unmanned and the wine on offer was very limited and with no Mexican wine on offer (an excellent way of promoting the country's up and cpming really good and interesting wines as most of guests are Mexican.

Review 22：Visiting friends and family and staying for 16 nights so needed a home from home. On advice from Daughter we upgraded to junior suite which gave us all the room and comfort we needed at little extra cost. Staff excellent, room very comfortable and spacious. Lovely gardens to chill out in, a good sized pool in the gardens (unlike most hotels which are on the roof and have less shade etc - PS you do need a pool for that length of stay). Breakfast was a good size buffet. Mostly the staff, especially Lisbeth our room maid and all the lobby staff. Overall really good value for money.
