Review 1：Stayed here for a holiday in September 2015. Very impressed from the moment I've stepped through the door, very friendly and welcoming staff- exceptionally friendly without being too intrusive .This hotel really exceeded my expectations. It is everything that you would expect from a business or a leisure hotel. Art hotel Nirvana has very well appointed rooms, lovely spa and a great location in the suburbs of Shumen city. What set this hotel apart on is its outstanding service and amazing food and beverages. I was lucky enough to stay at this hotel for few nights at the end of my recent trip. Everything about this hotel is all you could hope for a fantastic stay. Warmly recommend it to anyone who has even the highest demands on their business or leisure trip.

Review 4：This hotel was booked by my daughter in law so I had not seen any pictures before I arrived. We traveled a little out of the city and the roads were getting more worse for wear, so to come across this little oasis after our long car journey was very welcomed! I would recommend this hotel to anyone, very very comfortable.

Review 5：Even if the VIP suite is gorgeous at the aspect side, the bed is totally uncomfortable, it is squeaking from all the sides at the single very smooth move. Even when you breathe, it's possible to happen. And the mattress is a little bit outdated. I was quite disappointed regarding this aspect. In rest, everything nice and warm welcoming. The cleanliness is almost perfect, the bath is awesome. The highlight of our stay was the dinner we had at the restaurant at the hotel. The food was great!!!! The breakfast had some bad points, but all in one, everything was fine.

Review 9：I loved everything about this hotel. I was met outside they were clearly expecting me. The rooms are very modern, well equipped, free wifi, loads of satellite tv channels. Staff couldn't be more helpful and friendly. Restaurant is first class the best in Shumen and a huge array of dishes definitely no point eating anywhere else. Made use of the excellent steam room and the massage was the best I've ever had !

Review 10：Very Difficult to find even though they had put signs on walls to try to help guests locate it. There were many stray dogs in the area which barked at Night.

The hospitality and the conditions are far beyond ones offered in Bulgaria or in fact most of the European hotels. Would highly recommend to anyone!

Review 31：The Nirvana is absolutely perfect - the best stay in Bulgaria! The manager was such a kind and warm lady, that we felt like at home! The vip room is so romantic with many details and the big balcony looks into the green garden and forest. We nearly didn't leave our room, so comfortable we felt in it. There are different breakfast stile, you can choose. I likede best the nirvana breakfast with salmon. Also the restaurant is excellent and very romantic. After 20 years marriage we felt like in honeymoon!

Review 32：Besonders schoene individuelle Zimmer, bietet wunderbare Entspannung. Sehr gutes Restaurant, gute Weinkarte. Eine Wohlfuehloase. Von den Eigentuemern sehr gut gefuehrt, ich war mehrmals da, man sieht, da ist jemand dahinter der sich Gedanken macht und um alles kuemmert.
