Review 1：This is the first time our reservation confirmed through booking.com was not honored by the facility. They indicated a 'human error' on their part and apologized as they declined our check-in at the properties. They referred us to another property with the same terms and conditions, regardless we hated this feeling/experience.

Review 4：The location is fantastic. The view is stunning. The rooms themselves are very basic but they are not the reason I selected this hotel. The staff were friendly and breakfast was good. The village at the bottom of the hill is within walking distance or a free shuttle is provided by the hotel
Review 5：For light sleepers - awful soundproofing. Could hear people unzipping their bags next door, let alone taking showers and rolling luggage. If you are a heavy sleeper you will have no problem, but I am a light sleeper and I managed 2 hrs sleep in total at best.

Review 7：The location of the Hotel was up a steep hill, with steps from Torbole Centre a good 25 minute walk. not something you would want to do when you are tired after being out all day. The classic rooms are dark and face right into the mountain. You need to book a superior room for lake views.

Review 14：Everything about this hotel was good. The staff were the most welcoming I have experienced. Great Italian folk. I reckon this is the best hotel in the area, especially for views. The breakfast provided a lot of choice. Would stay again and would recommend.
