Residence S'Incantu of Villasimius is comprised of various buildings grouped around a large free-form swimming pool. On the southeast tip of Sardinia, it is half a mile from Campulongu Beach.
The apartments are in row houses connected by traditional Sardinian arcades. The apartments on the ground floor have a patio, and the ones on the first floor feature a balcony.
Each apartment includes a kitchenette, a satellite TV, and a private bathroom with a shower. Free Wi-Fi is available in communal areas and free parking is available.

Review 1：Slight indifference of personel. Torn roofing produced terrible noise at windy nights.

Review 2：Great location and wonderful views. Absolutely fantastic sea and beaches!

Review 3：We got the residence type of room. But no one explained to us that this comes with no basic facilities like toilet paper. Room was not particularly clean.

Review 4：Location is excellent. Very close to the lovely beaches of the south and south west and to Villasimius.

Review 5：There were only towels and paper in bathroom, no soap, shower gel or shampoo. No water or snacks, even paid ones. There were cleaning stuff left right inside our studio room. There is a swimming pool, but the water is cloudy and smells of bleach, we didn't want to swim there.

Review 7：The wifi is only available at the outdoor bar, and it cut me off as soon as the bar closed at midnight, interrupting an important business call.

Review 14：Beautiful design of the grounds with great attention to details: colourful flowers, trees, greenery. Lovely pool, comfortable accommodation with well fitted kitchen. Lovely Beach close by - walking distance. Animation team was fantastic! Arianna, Alessio, Francesco, Martina, Alessia - great job! My teenagers had great time!

Review 15：Wi-Fi not available everywhere. No cleaning service at all and you have to clean the apartment before you leave or you have to pay 40€. There were ants everywhere in the room. You have to bring your own toilet paper because "it's not included in the price". For 140€/night, you can find better.

Review 17：The apartments are big enough for 3 persons, although the 3rd bed is in the kitchen. The description on the site said it was in a livingroom. The bedroom is bigger than the kitchen/livingroom/bedroom! During booking I wasn't aware of the fact that clean towels and bedlinen are not included. That service was offered for an additional 10 EUR pppn, so 20% additional payment. The entertainment for kids started at 22.00, followed by entertainment for adults until 00.00. Sometimes quite noisy. Everyday there was music around the pool, so loud the sound was distorted.

Review 24：Gorgeous pool area x a really good animation team and although we didn't understand any of it, it was entertaining. The team did speak English thou and were very friendly. The rest of the staff were lovely.

Review 25：Be careful when you arrive - if it is during the siesta, you may have problems with checking in. If you are in no mood to cook, most of the restaurants are a good walk away (circa 2 km), as the hotel is away from the town centre. If you select the option without breakfast, the room is not cleaned during your stay and you need to buy your own toilet paper.

Review 26：There are several amazing beaches nearby, Spiaggia del Riso is just a short walk away (circa 300 m across a pinewood). The suite itself is huge (big bedroom, kitchen and sitting area, comfortable bathroom). Additionally, we had access to a huge terrace.

Review 29：The path to the beach wasn't accessible as shown in the photos (in May) so you must walk around, it was actually around 20 minutes to Campolongu beach. For me it was no problem, but a bit difficult for my Grandmother

Review 30：Great self catering apartment, beautiful pool area, lovely staff and bar tender. About a 10 minute walk to the caravan parks market and restaurant (great place to eat local food). Make sure you walk to Porto Giunco, one of the most beautiful beaches and a scenic 20-25 minute walk. Decent wi-fi. Good price drinks at the bar. Overall a great stay

Review 39：Didn't like the fact that they do not clean the rooms at all while you stay here. They do not give you clean towels either. We nearly had an argument with staff for a clean towel each. You would need a car if staying here as the town is too far to walk to everyday. Poor value for money when you take into account that no breakfast is included and not even a clean towel to be had.

The rooms, the gardeand the swimming pool area are also very comfortable. Just to mention we spent here a long weekend at the beginning of june so the place was very quite and peaceful, I don't know in the middle of august...

Review 55：We had a significant mouse problem which was disturbing. We received nothing but a few apologies for this issues. By the time of our final night it appears they caught the mice. Mouse caca on your pillow is very disturbing. We understand things like this happen but they really should have stepped it up and offered some sort if reimbursement or at the very least a credit at their little cafe. Would not recommend this place. It's a pity

Apartment was satisfactory with nice terrace to enjoy the evenings. The pool and deck chairs are enjoyable and plenty, although the grounds (along with the rest of the facility) are generally lacking in maintenance. A little effort could go a long way. Bar staff friendly. Wifi spotty. Car required to the town. Family friendly. Short walk to Campuluongo beach.
