Review 1：Our room this time (no. 1) overlooked a shed and some roadwork. There are so many prohibitive notices around the property e.g. in reception area, it's a bit like visiting a school.

Review 2：Reliably clean, quiet and comfortable, we have stayed here before.

Review 3：Better restaurants in town, would stay closer to town. Bar staff abrupt, we were apparently lucky to get a feed according ting bar lady. Food in bistro was okay, would have preferred in town dining. Bathroom had cobwebs in far in frequent clean.

Review 5：Not as clean as it usually is. Lots of dead flies and moths lying along the skirting boards (ad one in the single bed under the pillow and one in the shower) and didn't look like it had been vacuumed for some time along the edge of the skirting with lost of dust present. Normally can't fault it!!

Review 7：The room was tired and in need of an upgrade. Carpet was worn and the shower and basin were not properly cleaned. There were signs of mould in the shower and some of the timber surround was rotting.

Review 8：Receptionist, upon arrival, was not very friendly. Ensuite not very clean - mirror, shaving hairs on sink bench. Rear flyscreen door would not close.

Review 9：Location for me and quietness without traffic noises. Receptionist on checking out was very friendly and courteous.

Review 10：It was near impossible to find, the sat nav couldn't do it, thank goodness for locals! Twelfth Street comes to an end part way down! Our room looked over a fairway to the tip. Dark room. Strange bedding - a sheet then a blanket then another sheet.

Review 19：Grubby shower alcove, the grouts needed a scrub and there were signs of black mould. The nights being so cold we really missed not having electric blankets. Suggest ironing board go in wardrobe and drawers built into where the ironing board is presently situated. Thus clothes could be put away in the drawers. A microwave would be a good asset.

Review 27：Noise from machinery in the morning from works happening around the golf course. It wasn't clearly stated if wi-fi was free and even when I asked for the password the receptionist didn't say so. In the middle of winter you would expect a blanket or doona on the bed.

Review 29：Rooms need a lot of upgrading for the price being charged. I have stayed in less costly motels that are better quality. The room we occupied had tiles missing ,the paint was peeling of the wall in the bathroom the door leading out to the ours would not stay shut ,no microwave ect.

Review 41：Be aware that building work spoilt the view from the veranda ... it didn't really affect us as we were only staying one night. Worth checking with hotel. Wifi could not be accessed in room. .. had to use the bar to get signal, as did other guests.

Review 47：Searching for the remote control which we ended up finding under the bed along with a rotten apple core, empty cigarette pack and grotty carpets. Being woken at 7 am to the sound of graters reversing and machinery operating. I'm sure this breaches EPA noise levels and start times.

Review 62：A no smoking room that had an ashtray full of butts on the table outside the back door. A smokers area set up just outside the entrance to the club, on our exit after an evening meal, being subjected to a smoker coughing his lungs up an having a good spit to finish.

Review 65：on the second morning was upgraded to a Fairways room which was a lovely room with beautiful views, a heater which was quiet and efficient and very comfortable. Really enjoyed my stay here but would not go back to the older rooms again.

Review 66：It was very busy when we arrived at 7.00pm and as a result, the Reception staff were a little preoccupied and abrupt. We had planned on eating at the Bistro but it looked rather bland and uninviting (although the menu looked good!) so we ate elsewhere.
