Review 1：There was just one elevator working and it took a while to finally get into your room. The shower door didn´t close and the bathroom door was in very poor conditions. Also for breakfast they had some issues with the payments. It would be a good idea to include it in the rate and not paying it extra.
Review 2：Excellent location. Right in front of the mall and a lot of bars and restaurantes around.
Review 3：They gave away our reservation for the first night because we got there after 6PM???? What kind of a hotel does that, without warning. We had to stay at a friend's apartment that night. We weren't offered an upgrade or discount on the other two days we stayed there. Staff was unapologetic, the only reason we stayed there was because it was across the street from the club we were going to on the first night (which didn't matter since we stayed somewhere else that night). I would not have stayed there other than the fact that we had reservations, after seeing the city, I saw there were places I would have rather stayed.
Review 4：Good location, nice hotel, had a fancy feel. Street level of hotel (restaurants and bars), and proximity to clubs are this hotel's saving grace.
Review 5：They were remodeling the lobby and several of the floors, the elevator was not working properly, no breakfast or any food services available and the staff was not very friendly except one person.

Review 7：Once you got out of the room, the price did not corespond to what you saw. There was a reconstruction everywhere... Corridors full of construction material. The entrance of the hotel almost impossible to find through all the construction stuff. And we prefered to walk the stairs (even though we stayed in the top floor) because the elevator was soooo slow - it took around 5minutes to call it to your floor.

Review 9：The Hotel was in remodelation, plenty of dust everywhere. The room was dirty. Check in was 40 minutes late. The valet parking service was very, very bad.

Review 19：The phone in the room dis not work both days, No blankets for the bed. We had to walk to the lobbyto ask for bed covers, Loudand super noisy room. You can hear your neighbors conversation. Housekeeping wakes you up every hour to clean. If you want to be happy on your vacation in guadalajara dont stay here!!
Review 20：The bathroom needs some improvement by adding gasket to glass shower doors so water won’t leak to the toilet area. No hook to hang robe in bathroom and the towel and toilet fixtures are Walmart cheap. Room paint is all white like only primer got applied so a second coat of paint other that white would make the room look a lot better. The hall ways were the worst, very out dated and smelly carpet. Tile or material would be better for this hotel. The lobby is very small and does not really look like a hotel lobby. The lobby looks like one of the small FedEx shops. Wifi works well on Cell phone but not on PC

Toomany to list, I specifically came to Guadaljara for a very importantbusiness meeting, which I was late in attending, because of the hotelset up, as I was blocked in their driveway, because one of the hotelexecs pulled up and left with the keys, which blocked a few cars.Inconsiderate for a hotel exec.
