Review 1：The food prices are too high. The hotel is very big, that you can loost your way. One of the bell boy on the front enterrance tried to decept us when we ask for transportation.

Review 3：The guy in the reception greets me and convert my budget from 255 usd to 455 usd but i don't mind the service against the payment was worth it,live every second of it...the service was excellent..

The renovation work was not mentioned in the website or the booking system. The carpet in the bedroom appears not to have been cleaned for years.

When advising the management team well all I received was sorry.. I didn't sleep for 5 days ,, Shame on you Nagaworld owner and management for false advertising and worst service including accommodation. I understand it is a casino hotel however your customer would like to have a descent stay as well .. During all my years travelling and staying in 5 star properties I have to say this was probably the worst hotel ever ,, Room location was on 6th floor and elevator out of service several times ( 1 Elevator) in order to get out I had to take the stairs up to 8th floor and then access the main elevators. Running up and down with securities telling you cant go this way or this way ..The hotel is like a lost in space good luck if find your way to your room... I have no words for my discontent and disappointment but for sure this was the last time and never again ... And I hope who ever read this hopefully they will not chose this hotel..

At night my room can hear alot of noise, very noisy, with bad sound-proof; also my room air-cond unit with water dripping. There's pool wing which have to walk to a corner and take a tiny lift to go up - it is very stuffy, and doggie to walk it thru. I will never go back to this hotel again

Review 121：The room which I initially booked was at another wing of the hotel. It was so different from the one I had stayed in previously. The price and room offered was thus misleading and I had to upgrade myself by adding another US$30 per night. And also, the wing of the hotel which I had intended to stay had only a lift serving hundred of rooms. It was so inconvenient to wait for a usually packed lift and waiting time is unacceptable.

They boast of being 5 starthotel but room facilities are not worth 3 star. Problems I faced are asbelow: Air condition not working. Upon complaint, I was told that itworks like this only. Bathrooms are badly designed. No racks for towels.No hangers for clothes, No hand towels supplied. Water supply is withvariance of cold & hot, low pressure to high pressure. Bad lightingin bathroom. Too much noise from adjacent room as if separation wallsare of wood. Doorbell ring of next rooms sounds as if it has rung in myroom. I stayed in room # 7148 & then shifted to 6114 but both hadsimilar terrible experience.
