Review 1：Restaurant experience. Cold burnt hotcakes. Cold eggs. Could not attract waiter's attention. Never received a receipt or cuenta. Waiter put 100pesos in his pocket. No black tea, which should be standard for non-coffee drinkers.

Review 3：I was asked to pay the first night straight away and ok... Then when I got back from visiting the city the second day I found out I had been locked out of my room and told that I would be let in only if I paid the rest of the days... so annoying and horrible treatment. In addition, I had paid for breakfast and they were refusing to give it to me. Avoid this hotel

Review 6：Inside of elevators were not cleaned for the entire week. Imagine all this finger prints every where on the doors! Same for plaque for the buttons to call the elevators. So dirty!, Only 2 elevators with a max capacity of 6 persons, and so slowwwwww. End result: wait time at elevators in the 10 minutes range, and with so many people waiting having often to wait for the next. Did I mention also that Internet access is undersize for the hotel. Even doing emails is impossible most of the time, without mentioning receiving any file. Only window to work: 5:30 am till 7 ish! Bottom line: stay away!
