Review 1：Friendly and completely accommodating staff for our party of one English speaker and one vegetarian. Beautiful location and facility with plenty of dining options. Highly recommended!

Review 3：This is not a prime market for Americans and quality was anticipated to be not great. In fact, the facilities are limited in some regards but location was exceptional, the food acceptable and the room, having a large bathroom separated by a wall of glass from floor to ceiling with retractable curtains was an unexpected touch of contemporary design (it contained a great clawed bathtub). Staff was constantly helpful-- including my one concern about the air conditioning (that when the temperature approaches the 90's it is inadequate). Believe hard to do better in this city.

Review 5：Located at the historical center of the city, very friendly staff, good rooms, good breakfast. Parking is located on opposite side of the building, but you should ask receptionist to open the gates before you go there.

Review 6：Most amazing bathroom modern decor and amenities! Granted I had the balcony suite, my room size was amazing. The hotel staff was fabulous. I would definitely stay again if I get the chance to return to Lublin.

Review 8：This was our first visit to Poland and Lublin was an excellent choice of destination with it's cobbled streets, historical buildings and friendly atmosphere. Hotel Alter welcomed us from the moment we stepped into the doors, the hotel itself has only been open for 2 months but the design and finish of the interior is fantastic. Old meets new with oak flooring, glass doors, huge comfy beds, underfloor heating, stylish furniture and so quiet we sleep soundly every night even though Lublin had a large festival on at the time. The staff are wonderful, always happy to help and we could tell they were all really proud of the hotel which was lovely to see. Magdalena the breakfast waitress was particularly friendly, she effortlessly tended to all of our needs, spoke fantastic English and the choice of good was great. The eggs benedict were our personal favourite closely followed by the warm basket of freshly baked bread rolls with homemade jams. Yum! The swimming pool was an added bonus, beautiful cool water with massaging jets, a warm relaxing jacuzzi and steam/sauna rooms. Perfectly clean changing rooms with toiletries and fluffy white towels and bathrobes. Our overall experience of Hotel Alter was amazing, we cannot wait to visit again. Amazing interior design and finish, amazing staff, amazing food and amazing value.
