Review 1：The room was a bit crowded with four adults. AC was struggling to keep it cool.

Review 2：Outstanding breakfast, outdoor area, storage and maintenance facilities for bikes, free laundry and parking. Extremely well suited for an active family. Friendly people, relaxed atmosphere, great honesty bar, and snacks available.

Review 3：Very expensive. Notwithstanding the positives we've already listedin our review, this really is a very basic hotel and so doesn't seemgood value for money at all. We paid the same price for a superb 5*hotel at Lake Lugano afterwards and so felt a little ripped off.

Review 5：It's on a hill, so there's a walk down the hill and back up if you would like to get to the town's shops/restaurants without a car. The elevator does not work during the night, could be an issue if you need to leave with your bags during that time. we've booked a massage - wasn't that good.

Review 9：Our air conditioning didn't seem to do much. Apparently I booked it without breakfast, which was going to cost us an extra 12 euro per person. We opted not to have it and get breakfast elsewhere (there are plenty of cafes available). Apart from that everything else was great.

Review 10：Great place, would happily stay here again. The location in Torbole is perfect- set back from the main street and easy to walk from here to all of Torbole and to Riva Del Garda.

Review 11：This hotel is amazing value for money. I booked via Bookings.com and had my room for €39 room only. the room had everything you would need, and a balcony. The staff was very helpful. They had a buffet dinner on for about €17-€18 pp and breakfast was €16 pp. My wife was not well and just wanted to have a soup and they allowed her to have it from the buffet, and even did not charge! cute bar, ample parking space and lots of activities including biking. The hotel is only about a 2 min drive from the main access to the lake. Would definitely stay here again.

I had booked a double bed but it was not available so our hosts arranged our bed so it would look like a double bed and we also recieved a free drink, that is what I call good service. Another thing pls do something for the road because the GPS won't find that via santa lucia....

Review 17：I loved this place right from the start, great location, lovely smiling and helpful hosts, nice room and view, spotlessly clean environment etc. Adding to all this is a lovely breakfast and also a great dinner. Most of all we loved the feeling that you are cared for and that you'll find help and whatever you'll need.

Review 18：The hotel suitable for bike riders and not for a romantic vacation. The pictures on site looks better than reality. Cold attitude from the reception, doesn't fit to the Italian style.

Review 21：The staff were very friendly, the facilities at the hotel were kept so clean, the pool was good, for breakfast we had so many choices of fresh food, the kids loved the gardens, table football, ping pong, etc. Overall I would definitely recommend the hotel - it is 5 mins walk to the lake, bars, and restaurants, shops etc. It is very welcoming, quiet location and has good facilities for couples or families.
