Review 7：Like all Japanese hotels, the shower was tiny and I'm use to moving my arms around in my Australian shower. This is not really a downside as it is great to get out of your comfort zone and do something different in a more compact area.

Review 8：The hotel is a fantastic place to stay as it is very close to the Shin-Yokohama station and other shopping complexes. You should not miss out on visiting the Ramen Museum which is only 15 mins walk away. My room was a twin single room. The room was quite spacious for a Japanese hotel and the view from the top was fantastic. I could see the entire Yokohama city from my window in the morning on the 22nd floor. There are also some hot items sold in the vending machine on the bottom floor, along with clothes washing facilities.

Review 9：My traveling partner said he couldn't smell the smoke in the room, but I could still smell it even after turning on the air purifier and spraying the air freshener.

Review 12：(I kind of messed up on my itinerary by adding a trip to Yokohama with actually researching the area. Shin Yokohama is actually 30 minutes away from Yokohama by JR. You'll get a GREAT view of the Yokohama skyline, but this is not a hotel in Yokohama.) Hotel was great. Tall, very nice views. Great staff. Amazing bathroom. Fast WiFi. Shopping mall is attached to hotel, never felt like I needed to leave the place. Only 5 minutes walking away from JR station, subway, etc.

Review 20：The stay was good from start to finish. The staff are very helpful, the room was big and beautiful view from 44th floor. Also had a drink at the bar, cant beat it for view. I only stayed 1 night but i could leave my bigger bag there as well as put some dry cleaning in which i picked up the next day on my way back through. Its my second stay there, will definetly look at it again.

Review 79：We arrived in feb 2014, just when Tokyo is being hit by the largest snowstorm. Meetings are cancelled, schools are closed and train services aredisrupted. Our trip will not be possible should we are not staying at ahotel so close and so convenient next to shin Yokohama station. Hotelstaff are helpful and rooms are clean. I stayed two nights on businesstrip, very reasonable price and I will recommend for both familyholidays or business trips. For romance, it got the "top ofYokohama" on the top floor, 41st or 42nd?

However remember that Shin-yokohama is not the sameas Yokohama and you need to take a train to get to the centre of thetown The location is very convenient if you have a jr Pass and you planto take shinkansen in order to go to places like Kyoto, Osaka or even todowntown Tokyo. The staff was very helpful. I made a reservation for anon smoking room, but apparently it was a smoking one but deodorized.(It did not work and you could still smell tabaco there). So I asked forchanging the room and I got a very nice one with Mt. Fuji view. There isa coin loundry and there are vending machines on the first floor.
