Residence Fenicia sells fast on our site. White sandy beaches are just 150 feet from Residence Fenicia, which provides a heated outdoor pool and a tennis court in large colorful gardens. The center of Villasimius is one mile away.
All air conditioned accommodation comes with satellite TV and tiled floors. Apartments and studios offer a kitchenette with microwave and fridge. Each apartment features a private terrace, each studio has a balcony.
Fresh fruit, cereals and pastries are included in the Fenicia's buffet breakfast, which is served on a terrace overlooking the grounds. Restaurants and shopping options are in nearby Villasimius.
Private beach facilities are provided for an extra fee, and include lounge chair and sun umbrella rentals.
The residence is 11 miles from Solanas, and an 80-minute drive from Cagliari. Transportation services to/from Cagliari Elmas Airport can be arranged upon request.

Review 2：Many thanks Gaia for your warm hospitality! My milestones for this Propety are: - The Property has exellent location - full sea view. - Amazing beach and surroundings. - Extremly good relation to the pets - I travelled with two dogs (basset hounds). - The hotelier kindly allowed us to prolong our stay for 5 hours on check-out day for free. - Very good coffee for breakfast. Our advise to the Hotellier, - please, prolong your working period for at least the end of November-December. It is extreamly important for Russian and Nordics, I believe.

Review 5：A beautiful area to enjoy the beaches and local cuisine. We spent 8 days here in late October. Even though it was low season there were plenty of amenities and places to explore. The accommodation was adequate and staff were very welcoming and helpful. We had a wonderful stay and will definitely return. Beach was beautiful, sea crystal clear. A very relaxing and enjoyable holiday.

Review 6：We were not well welcomed. We asked for twin beds for the kids when booking and they set up the room with a large bed. Then told us they coud not change the beds before the Monday (we were Saturday) because the cleaning were not in. So I offered to do the bed myself but the woman at the reception closed it and went to the beach (where we see her) without giving me the sheets. So I had to ask the lady at the bar to call her and give me the sheets. The swimming pool was very dirty: one day my kids found a dropping in it (probably from a kid); the day after, the dropping was not there anymore but the water of the swimming pool hasn't be changed. It was quite impossible to have breakfast outside as they were a lot of wasps. The last day, 6 or 7 wasps were made prisoners with the ham and cheese, it was absolutely disgusting. The cereals were out of date

Review 8：Appartment was quite old and more a hotel room with a kitchen in your bed. Not very personal service. Poor breakfast. Restaurant in the evening only on demand (not really buzzing / attractive). Only paid Wifi. Overall for us the value for money was a bit disappointing.

Review 9：Great location although there is not so much to do in the environment except the beaches (no nice Italian villages, only Villasimius which is not the best Italian town in the world). Very close to the (wonderfull) beach. Nice to have your private place (deckchairs & umbrella) on the beach. Nice swimming pool although very close to the restaurant. Nice balcony with a spectaculair view.

Review 10：We visited on the 20th June and the air con hadn't yet been switched on so sometimes it was a little hot in the room. I believe it's turned on July and August. The room got cleaned every other day to a good standard but bed sheets or towels weren't replaced, a change mid week would have been good as sand follows you everywhere!

Review 11：Beautiful hotel, right on the beach in a uncommercial authentic area. Laid back vibe, beach beds allocated per room for the week and were free. Free wifi. Delicious pastries at breakfast. Rooms really clean with all amenities you need. Beds really comfortable. The beach is fantastic, water so clean and sand like white powder. I would note though that the hotel is a 5 minute steep walk up a hill from the beach which we found fine but I know my Dad with a bad hip would have struggled!

Review 12：The breakfast was rather bland and unappealing. I didn't bother after the first morning. I also didn't appreciate whoever was cleaning and vacuuming the next room quite early one morning. One pays to relax and be able to sleep in whilst on holiday and, on this occasion, I found it quite impossible, especially as the walls are so thin.

Review 13：I loved the absolutely stunning views and the traditional Mediterranean decor and ambience. Being very early in the season, it was wonderfully peaceful and relaxing - just what I was looking for. The kitchen was well set-up, though I'd have appreciated an electric kettle or even a stove-top one. I had to boil water for my coffee in a saucepan each time.

Review 23：Beautiful location - great access to a lovely sandy beach. Sea shallow for a long way out so great for splashing with kids. Gorgeous bay / sea view from apartment. Choice of lovely pool area or beach. Staff very helpful and friendly - helped us book tickets for Serie A match at Cagliari, recommended restaurants, gave us maps etc. Can have lunch or dinner by pool - nice food too. Breakfast included - and very nice. We really had a fantastic, relaxing time with the kids and they loved it too.

Review 24：Some little annoyances were mentioned from other guests before as well (e.g. permanent crowds at breakfast due to only one Coffee-machine, every morning the same sort of sausage, inappropriate and short availability time of reception. WiFi, Cleaning of rooms extra charged, air condition to be payed extra except July and August) - but they obviously don't care about their guests Feedback. Fridge temperature was too high (15 degrees C.), two times complained but no remedy. Nevertheless we had two nice and relaxing weeks in Fenicia.

Review 25：Beautiful and green Residence, very well-kept, clean and professionally organized. Only 200 m to the private beach, anyway in Walking distance to Villasimius with many Restaurants. Great view to the sea from the spaceous terrace. Ideal place for recreation.

The two blond ladies in reception are not helpfull at all and just don't want to be bothered.Too many things to be done by customers like taking out the trash, cleaning, buying toilet paper or DW,…

Nice typical italian breakfast near the swimming pool with a good view of the sea. A lot of tools in the kitchen in the room. So we were totaly free to make food at home. Review 45：There were ants all around outside that came in but we live in Italy and are use to having to deal with that at our house so it wasn't a big deal

Review 46：This was the perfect place to stay for our family with small children, they totally cater to them. Also there are several other families there so lots of kids to play with each other. The apartments are perfect and comfortable, they give plenty of towels for your stay. The food is great they served some local specialties. The beach was a 5 minute walk away it is not pristine, but its so beautiful that it didn't even matter :) We would go back in a heartbeat and have already recommended it to our friends :)

Review 47：People should be aware that it's a family residence so there are lots of children, therefore the swimming-pool is not so quiet. The beach of the hotel is not very nice (lots of seaweeds)but there are nicer beaches around. In the studio, there is no double bed, only twin beds, and the beds are really uncomfortable

Review 49：There is hardly a better relaxing place in southern Sardinia than Villasimius and there is hardly a place with a better view and better access to the beach than the Residencia Fenicia. It is actually as nice as in the pictures. Breakfast is absolutely fine for italian holiday standards, but could have a little variation over time. Rooms are clean but are only cleaned once a week. There are all facilities for cooking but we had to buy salt, oil, detergent. Wifi is good and costs 5 Euros for 10 hours. You go there for the view and for the proximity to the fantastic beach. It is a little pricier but rewarded by these treats.

Review 50：Small and narrow apartment, especially the shower - if you have smallchildren, you would have to be an acrobat to shower them in that smallshower cabin...why on world have they put shower string so high?!? Shortbed...and I'm 1.76m tall! Breakfast was poor without any fruits,yogurt, eggs...anything else but some croissants, salami andbread...every day the same. Next...we expected at least once per weekcleaning, fresh towels and toilette paper but that's only privilegeof those that stay 2 weeks (one cleaning in two weeks!). Apartmentfurniture was obsolete, even sitting pillows on terrace were dirty andnot worth sitting on them. They really care about their image oninternet...regarding nice pictures of the site and the beach...BUT Takecare, the beach is sandy and full of weeds, nobody is cleaning it.It's not 160 feet away and you have to walk down the hill withoutany shadow! ...All that really disappointed us on the first day and werather drive to really nice beach instead...Cala Sinizias...15 Km away.In general, what they really want is only your money...no welcome fruitsor at least bottle of water on arrival, no normal coffee at breakfastfor free...really nothing that you would really feel welcomed. Ourimpression was...and we have seen a lot of places in same price rangeuntil now...that they really put all their effort in beautiful tropicalgarden rather than please the guests...really pitty!

There were discussions about rulesregarding things allowed on the beach (in our case the tent used torepair our baby from the sun), which were not clear at booking time....

Review 56：The setting of Fenicia is beautiful, cut into hills with lovely views of the sea and mountains. I felt relaxed immediately, it's a proper 'holiday' place. I was very impressed with the appartment; it was clean, spacious and had plenty of storage and a laundry stand to hang wet towels; there were even places to store your suitcases - they had thought of everything. The kitchenette had all the practical things you need on holiday but don't want to bring with you. The attention to detail is thorough and the quality of the fittings in the appartment is very good. Breakfast was simple but plentiful and served outside. The pool was cleaned every morning and had great views and shaded areas (useful with young children). Staff were pleasant and helpful. We really enjoyed our holiday - it's ideal for families with young children.

Review 60：The location is magnifcent, as are the pool, the gardens and the seaviews from the very private appartments - ours had a large terracewhich was useful for relaxing and eating outside. Breakfast wasfine, with plenty of choice and unlimited quantities of fairlytraditional fare. Staff were pleasant and dealt with problems(broken microwave) immediately. It was early season for us soeverywhere was nice and quiet.
