Review 1：The toilet was not working properly and we couldn't close the shower door what cause water licking on the floor. The fridge was full of food leftovers left by the previous guests.
Review 2：Apartment is located in beutiful area with the sea view and thats the best think about this place. Good comunications with the owners. I would definitely recommend this place If you traveling with friends and you don't want to spend a lot of money.
Review 3：This place is in Beausoleil not monaco, and if you add their extra“cleaning fee” of 49 euros that we hadn't noticed (which isoutrageous given that the flat is a mess, and a cleaning lady costs11E/hour in Beausoleil), this place becomes as expensive as theclean, quiet and safe competition in Beausoleil. In spite of this extrafee, our studio was dirtier and more run-down than anything we have everexperienced, as shown by the hole in the window which forced us to sleepwith clothes on, the filthiness of the floor and carpet (see pictures),the dirty toilet that stank of sewage, the horrible sound insulation(you could basically hear people talk from the street), the works in thebuilding from 8am, the dirty glasses, the pubic hair in the shower, thelack of shampoo so we used hand soap, the kitchen that wasn’t “fullyfitted” at all, and the entrance door handle that was broken… Mostimportantly, although there are quite a lot of thefts in Beausoleil,security is inexistent: the owners leave the front door of the buildingopen, do not greet you as there is no reception, and instead they putthe keys in a small “safe” with a 4 digit code that any amateur would beable to break, so we had to carry our laptops with us during the day,and spent our nights out worrying about thieves.
Review 4：Wifi worked. But all the rest was a shame, one of the worst experiencesof our lives, and definitely not what you would expect in"Monaco" at such a high price (when you take into account theextra fees). When we repeatedly tried to contact the owners to complain,they didn't reply until after we left. I wish I could share morephotos to show how dirty it was, but I'm limited to 3.
Review 5：It was horrible experience. I don't understand why I should pay for cleaning when apartment was dirty when we come. Also I don't feel safe in this apartment. It was strange door which looks like everyone can open door without key. The last absolutely awful things were socks in microwave and needle in blanket!
Review 6：Very hard to find, with no clue on the door or signs etc. If you follow the instructions received by email, then actually its very correct and easy to find, but you feel as if you're going into a private house.

Review 12：Bookings.com said the apartment had air conditioning --- it does not! Bookings.com and the apt contact said that there was a TV --- there was not a TV. Living room is a bedroom so 3 full beds in 3 rooms and no room with any other furniture except fooling chairs and a small kitchen table.
