Review 1：Don't expect high speed internet. Also, the shower spray was to strong for the small drain.

Review 36：When we arrive according to their system there was no reservation made,so we have to wait to check availability. They did not respectreservation from booking.com or any other via online, they charge theyown fees once you get there. Phone in the room did not worked.

Review 38：It took 4 hours to attend to us and bring an extra bed. We were moved to3 different room because the ac was not working. The bathroom, towels,room rugs were dirty. The wifi did not work even after purchased it.There service to their customers was very poor! In order to be attendedwe had to go to the lobby for something to be done. I had a veryhorrible experience at this hotel and I will not recommend it to anyone!

Review 40：1. This is definitely not a 4 star hotel as they claim. The customer service is horrendous. 2. On arrival the bedsheets were dirty and I was told that they could only change the sheets after the second day. I subsequently phoned twice to reception and finally had to go down myself and talk to the manager to make them change the dirty sheets. 3. No TV remote in the room - you have to go down to reception desk and pay a deposit to get a remote! Only 2 towels in a room booked for 3 people. When asked for an extra towel, the room attendant said that it was our responsibility as guests to write him a note to inform him that we are 3 guests, not 2, despite the fact that we booked for 3! 4. Not once was the room cleaned without us having to request it. 5. Our room was booked for 3 people, but they only provided 2 small bottles of complimentary water. When asked for a third, we were told that we would be charged extra for it, despite the fact that 3 people were occupying the room (as booked). I would never stay here again.

Review 42：The building is falling apart--most everything was broken--lighting,plumbing, doors, air conditioning, coffe maker--all broken. We had tocall to have any items (bath items, water, iron, chairs, etc.)delivered. Worst was the poor air conditioner--which repair guy said wasworking how it was suppose to--it makes the air "fresh" not"cold". Terrible. We were going to stay 5 nights, but canceledafter the first night.
