Review 49：Beds were hard as rock. Room was bright early in the morning. Breakfast was the same every day. It takes about 20 minutes to get to the waterfront via 2 trains. No business centre to help with printing documents. I was sent to the 7-11 down the street and their machine was impossible to use. This is a real problem for business customers.

Review 104：The place is near the station, relatively easy to find and station near Yokohama. Place is clean and staff understands english. They even provide facial foam, toner and moisturiser!
