Review 1：Very friendly helpful staff lovely place to stay in italy.

Review 2：We have very little to say about what we didn't like. The room we wereinitially given wasn't great: bit gloomy and very close to the kids'club rooms, so noisy: but the staff were very helpful about moving us toa quieter room. The only other slight disappointment was that there is amini reef at this point on the coast which did mean the swimming wasn'tas good as it might have been. This is a very family orientated hoteland if you're not ok with that then this may not be the right choice foryou. We'd seen this from our website enquiries and so were expecting it.The children were well behaved and the hotel's entertainment staff madesure they were kept busy, so this really wasn't a problem for us: anolder couple without children.

Review 3：Very friendly and helpful staff. Very good food & wine: we'd booked asb&b but changed to half-board as this was very good value. Staff werevery patient and helpful with our inability to speak Italian. We hadn'texpected any staff to be able to speak English but it was a great helpthat most of the reception staff did and they were brilliant withhelping us to book excursions, etc. The beach area was lovely and wellmaintained. We hadn't come across system of having loungers/umbrellareserved for you for your stay but this was great - no pressure to getdown to the beach early before all the best spots are gone! We weresorry our language skills meant we couldn't really communicate with theother guests - our loss, as they were very friendly. The pool area wasvery pretty and we especially enjoyed sitting there for post-dinnercoffee. We'd been a bit apprehensive about the "entertainments" butactually it was all very pleasant. Overall, we had a lovely stay.
