Review 5：The owners, Jill and Richard, were warm and very helpful. Las Cabanas is very clean and comfortable, though a sofa in the room would have been nice rather than 2 hard chairs. Lovely pool to stay cool in, a/c worked great in room too. We were in Loreto early June and it was very HOT! But if we went back, I know we'd stay at Las Cabanas again, though only in the winter. Loved the fact our room had a mini kitchen with fruit and coffee that they included. Also had plates, silverware, cups and glasses. Found this very handy.
Review 6：No bathtubs in the rooms. Sand flies everywhere in town where there is sand including restaurants. No pastry shops of merit. No whales except the day before you arrive.
Review 7：This is not a resort. This is not a B&B. All good qualities. This is more like being on at an extended family vacation at your aunt's house. There are numerous family friends staying. They have become friends after their first stay. There are pot-luck cookouts with troubadours. There are children. There are over-nighters. All is good if that is what you desire. The owners will arrange and recommended any number of restaurants, activities and guides. It is as quiet and peaceful as the guests who stay. The hosts are excellent and caring.

Review 13：The location is just perfect close to the Sea and restaurents. The owners are very helpfull, they arrange our blue whale and birding trips.
