Review 1：Same problem as last year! Second day no hot water! They no THE problem but they don't do anything About iT! When bussinessmen have to be at THE fairground at 9 o'clock, everyone takes a shower at THE same time! So don't go there for THE expo!

Review 3：I stayed four days and no hot water was running in morning. Every day staff was apologising. Matress were super soft by which had a severe back ache.

Review 5：The room was at first extremely over-aromatised. The aroma was nice, but it was so much that one could get dizzy. It turned out the cover of the bed was (probably) saturated in it, so we put it outside and then it was perfect.

Review 17：Overall a really good family-oriented resort hotel, excellently located for enjoying the lake (walk, swim, windsurf, sail etc) and walkable to nearby Riva. We liked its simplicity and its combination of facilities.

Review 18：Helpful staff allowed us an earlier check-in, which we appreciated having two small children. The swimming pool facility was a bless in the hot summer weather and large enough for all the interested guests. Free wi-fi reached our room without problems.

Review 19：The room is just not 4 stars. Kind of empty and just looking cheap. The toilet is closer to a 2 stars hotel. Bed linen was still wet and they didn't have dry linen to change so I had to sleep on wet. Got a small symbolic refound for that, though.

Review 26：Hotel has drastically changed it's attitude and customer care alongwith quality standards have vanished since last summer. In previoustrips we have always stayed in good quality rooms with self cateringfacilities and half board. This year the half board was removed and foran increased price we were given B&B. As we liked hotel so much weaccepted this. Though on arrival we were allocated a cellar room with nolight and a grill barred window. Reception staff were unhelpful anddismissive until I insisted on a room change. Our new room was on thetop floor, however like the rooms we've had previous years....Although with strange alterations. The little kitchen (only a hob andsome basic kitchen equipment ) had been crudely locked away with a notesaying 'Do not open'. The fridge was turned off and stuck in themiddle of the room was a tiny mini bar fridge. I assumed this was anerror, however I was abruptly put in my place by the stroppy receptionstaff who simply stated, 'you get what you pay for...it's notincluded anymore unless you pay extra'. Baffled and determined notto spoil our holiday we decided to let this next issue go by.... Untilbed time. We are a family of 5 and we had a two roomed apartment. Thedouble bed is situated in the main room and is a large pull down bed. Itwas like sleeping on a pile of bars and planks .... Which is exactlywhat it was. When we lifted the bed after a sleepless night we found atotally broken old bed with proped up bars and rope tied broken slats.When we reported this to reception on check out, the receptionist rolledher eyes and said was aware and made no further comment. She thenprocessed our almost £2k payment, handed back my bank card, and withoutcomment, a word of thanks or any pleasantries she got up and left thereception! I am very well travelled and I always stay in good hotels.

Review 27：We have always loved this hotel. Indeed this was our 4th returningvisit. Best feature of this hotel is the waiters in the restaurant -especially Ana, who is a wonderful lady. That's where my praiseSTOPs this time!

Review 28：Service is poor, you feel like you're all alone - reception don't do anything to help if you need anything. Blood on one of the bads!! They didn't change. Disgusting! Parking - free yet awful to park, even for an ordinary car. Reception claims they're 'all alone today' as an excuse for not giving you any service.

The staff did move us to a new apartment which was much better but this was only because they had one available. The kitchen was locked up in the apartment and you have to pay extra locally for it.

Review 73：The hotel is in serious need of an update, and even the upgraded roomsare nowhere near 4 star quality. We have stayed in Torbole many timesand in many different hotels and in our opinion, this was more of atired 3 star hotel. The rooms are in the process of being upgraded(carpets being replaced by wooden floors, new mirrors in bathrooms) butalmost in a half hearted manner. For example, the tiles in the bathroomare still chipped and broken and the new appliances have just been addedonto the "shell". The corridors of the hotel are like a datedAustrian ski hotel and in need of cleaning/upgrading. The breakfastwas like a large canteen with the watered down, concentrate orange juiceso common in Italy. Coffee comes from a machine. There was no smokedsalmon or quality meat for breakfast. There were scrambled eggs whichwas a nice addition in a Torbole hotel. (I suspect this is a concessionfor the many British coach tourists) The bar area could be inviting butthe lights are industrial and it isn't hugely atmospheric. Wifi (asadvertised) only works in reception. We paid €95 for this hotel whichwas actually overpriced for Torbole, and for the quality provided. Thelocation is good and the hotel has potential so I hope the upgradecontinues.

Review 74：The pool area is nice and considering it is a very central hotel, it isquite quiet. The parking was spacious. The check in staff were friendly.Balconies overlooking the pool are spacious (ask for one on a higherfloor for a bit more privacy) We were given an older room and asked tobe moved so were given a newer room.

The other room was small and had not been updated - seriously in need of some loving care - but still clean and suited our needs . Wifi is free. Residence is close to all amenities and will definitely stay there again.

I think it looks more like 2 stars. our room was not very clean, with a lot of dirty dishes.. there is no privacy in the balcony (you seat with your neighbours), and the whole place looks old and neglacted.. In addittion, there are a lot of loud groups.. we could stay in better places for the budget of this hotel... not reccommended!!

Review 83：Not worth that much money. WI-FI works only in the reception hall, not in rooms. Air cond. did not work, it blew weakly some air but not cold, so it was very warm in the room in the end of July. The private parking was full both evenings, we could not use it. The pool was ok, but the sun beds were received with towels all the day... I did not need any sun bed, but in principle I don´t understand that. Children running around. Actually nothing they promise worked perfectly. I would not go again.
