Review 1：The beds were extremely hard and very narrow (we had a twin room), which made them quite uncomfortable.

Review 2：Great service and lovely pool area. Beautiful common areas where you can sit and have a wine in the evening. Hotel was extremely clean.

Review 3：It was a let down, no English speaking TV channels not even a news channel. But i guess if the weather is good you won't really be in there too much. The shower did have tendency to go hot and cold randomly and our toilet seat was broken and kept sliding. It is true the walls are thin and you can hear next door coughing etc Breakfast was nice. Good selection of continental food, no hot food to speak of, but believe you could order for extra. I wouldn't recommend the restaurant at the hotel, paid more than double for below average food here. You can get much better food elsewhere in the town for a lot less.

Review 4：The hotel itself is very pretty and very clean. It is super peaceful, not far from the town. The staff were all lovely and helpful. I enjoyed the location, between the beach and the town, given the weather we spent little time on the beach unfortunately. The pool is very small, much smaller than it appears in photos but it is very well maintained and the sunlounging area is lovely. But word of warning, given the trees and foliage, you definitely need to pack bug spray, after one day without it, I ended up with 40 bites. The room itself was nice, good bed, firm (which I liked), always kept clean.

Review 9：In the room there was a window WITHOUT any curtain. We woke up every morning at 6:00am with the sunrise. My mother stay in a single room that looked like a "cell" , about 8 square meters (3 X 2,5). They said "that was their single room".

Review 11：We had expected the hotel to look like the pictures - it didn't. Our room overlooked the main road with no balcony. The hotel staff were not in any way helpful and were always looking to charge you extra ( you had to pay to use their car park, pay to use their sun beds (18 euros for two!) pay a tax to stay there and even pay for orange juice or bacon with breakfast. Considering this hotel was over 800 euros for five nights, we were really disappointed and definitely would not recommend!

There were no bar menus available around the pool area not staff available to order drinks. The "private" beach is very expensive and not included in the room price.

Review 17：It is alovely Boutique Hotel in a good location on the main street approx 1-2 kms from Simius beach.The staff especially the females were extremely helpful.The room was spacious with a balcony big bathroom & good shower!Breakfast was delicious fresh fruits ,yoghurts,pastries,toast ,scrambled eggs,cereals ,tea & coffee.The sitting areas are lovely inside,outside & very clean. The restaurant is located around the pool & is lit with candles & quite romantic.The food was good & the waiters are attentive & prompt.The town is great & lots of great food choices also wine!!!

Review 30：The breakfast was amazing! A beautiful setting, with a wonderful sea view from our room's balcony. Beautiful decor throughout with helpful staff. We really liked the pool, although the water was still very cool in April. It is so close to one one the most beautiful beaches we saw in Sardinia.

Review 33：This is a lovely hotel just on the edge of the town in what is a good location. There is a car park directly across from the hotel however I was able to drive up the hotel and bring in my luggage before parking. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. I was initially in a room at the front of the building, however I found that this was just a bit noisy for my liking from traffic. I asked to move to the back of the hotel and this was accommodated with no hassle. The room was on the floor below and of a slightly lesser standard but still very comfortable. The facilities around the hotel are great. I especially loved the open seating areas downstairs and found it very relaxing to spend time there after dinner and enjoy a glass of wine. The restaurant in the hotel had been closed since the beginning of Oct. This was a pity as I was looking forward to eating there, however there was a very good choice of restaurants in the town. The breakfast was very good. A very pleasant stay overall.

I was disappointed that, although the staff were friendly at all times, the owners never said hello, even when we were having dinner. It seemed that they only talked to Italian guests. Review 51：This hotel is very well presented, with comfortable sofas, a small but pretty pool and lots of places to relax. It is a short walk into town where there are lots of places to eat but the hotel restaurant is a fantastic place to eat and it would be a shame not to experience it. Service was friendly with warm welcomes from the staff at all times. They were quick to solve any problems that arose.

"Le Grill" restaurant is fabulous. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful and the whole hotel is spotless. There is a supplement for everything: baby bed (supplement), place on the "private beach" (supplement), towels for the beach (supplement), parking (supplement), on the "private beach" shower you have to pay, frankly speaking I found it too much. Personel very cold (at least with us who clearly were not belonging to their usual clients). Private beach (as defined in the booking.com site) means a space reserved to the hotel on the beach for which you have to pay extra. Basically having a room on the hotel gives you the right to pay on the beach. Walking distance to the beach more than 15 minutes, with a kid under the sun not really appropriate. Breakfast really poor: juice had industrial chemical flavour, a fresh juice for the standard of the hotel would be suggested, not even some typical sardinian biscuits. Really poor!
