Review 1：Nice room but not too luxury

Review 3：When we arrived at the hotel we were informed by a rude girl (whose name initials are JK) that our Booking.com reservation was cancelled. As I witnessed the entire phone conversation the girl had with the Booking.com agent (whom I called immediately) it seems that the reservation was cancelled by that reception girl without any approval. I was assured by Booking.com representative that my reservation was still active at that time. It was my worst hotel experience and it happened in such renowned hotel network. I will send my complaint even to the nh Headquarters and also to the Austrian Hotels Association.

Review 4：We asked for an early check in but when we got there we could not check in. We had to wait over 2 hours for a room. Not their fault but not wonderful after 24 hours of flights.

Review 8：Wifi was absolutely atrocious. Don't expect to be able to load a webpage to confirm your travel plans or collect your train ticket. Certainly don't expect to be able to send even a low resolution photo to friends or family! Staff were ambivalent about this. Solution is signing up for the premium service. This was the 7th hotel we'd stayed in during the past 5 weeks' travel and wifi has been good to excellent in all other hotels.

Review 12：Wifi was terrible in the room. Whe we booked parking as quoted at 17€per day but when we paid it was 38€40 for two days. Street noise late at night and early morning, noise from rooms near us. The walls must be made of cardboard. Oh, and my husband was wrongly accused by a barman in front of other guests of walking out of the bar without paying for a drink which he paid the same barman for when he ordered it. No apology when he realised his mistake.

Review 14：Overpriced breakfast (16-19 euro/pp), have to pay 10 euro per day in order to get wifi fast enough to be able to 'stream' (i.e. youtube, facebook videos) and even then it is barley works after a few minutes. They charge for everything (e.g. to print a train ticket), in a hotel that for the price I am paying should have certain standard of concierge services. I will try and stay somewhere else next time.

Review 46：First the room we got was dirty: dust on the fire detector, finger traces on the window, not properly vacuumed, hair on the bathroom ceiling(!!), some kind of greasy redisue on the bathroom door and the room door. We were given a second room but it was just as bad. It has hairs on the floor and the bed was torn... so we sticked to the first room. And for this we paid about 180 euros a night... a rip-off. Avoid it!

Not being aware about the breakfast being included in my booking I had to spend quite substantial amount of money on our breakfast in town. I noticed that linen was not changed at all during out stay.

Review 53：I had booked two rooms. We were allocated rooms on arrival and stayed the first night. The next morning we discovered that one room was very much better than the other (view, spacious, coffee maker etc). When we pointed this out and said the charge was the same for both rooms we were then given a change of room so that both rooms were better. No fuss.

Review 75：We were on the 5th floor and the ceiling height made the room feel small. I had also asked for an early check in- check-in in was meant to be latest of 3pm. We did not get into the 3rd room until 16:45. Staff were not always so helpful at the desk and would leave you standing there for ages without saying anything to you, but this happened in other places too. The car park is also expensive and they direct you to another expensive car park when theirs is full rather then telling about the off street parking

Review 79：For just a few euros a room they could improve the rooms a great deal, since it rains so much in Salzburg. The addition of a row of hooks on which to hang wet clothing would help enormously. A guest would feel that extra happiness at having one's comfort seen to.

Review 132：The staff on Reception were very efficient, welcoming and helpful. The location is good within an easy walking distance to the Old City. The rooms are clean and comfortable with good en suite facility. Breakfast choice is quite good for hot and cold food.

Temperature in theroom was perfect. Room location was quiet. Considering smoking is soprevalent in Europe, the room did not smell at all. Location of hotelwas perfect! Everything was a short walk away. Cleanliness of hotel wascommendable. Toiletries were nice. We enjoyed the lobby restaurant andbar and played cards there in the evening, watching people and enjoyingthe place.
