Reviews for Residence Ferraud
Review 1:The stairs could be a problem if you are not agile.
Review 2:We arrived very late, having had 50 miles added to our journey due to one of the mountain passes being closed. The sweetshop staff made us a coffee while we waited for the owner to arrive. The apartment is full of character and so spacious. It is fully furnished and the kitchen is well equipped, so would make a good base for several days stay. The bed was comfortable and there was loads of hot water in the shower. It is in the old part of town and there are plenty of eating places about. You can have breakfast in the sweetshop below.
Review 3:These small apartments, a very short walk into the historic section, are run by a very nice, welcoming family. We spent one night here in apartment 4 (the red room). Apartment is basic, clean and spacious. It was nice to have use of a washing machine. Good wifi. We awoke to wonderful aroma from the downstairs bakery. We enjoyed walking around the old town of Pinerolo, especially the walk up to the cathedral. If you look at google earth view, you see that there is a parking lot in front of the street where the hotel is located. You should park in this lot. The spots along the shops are for one hour only. The spots in the center are for longer periods. There is also another lot across the road. The little street, Via della Parrocchiale, is on the western end of the parking lot
Review 4:Given the position of the residence, the apartment was not lighted enough not enough sunlight.
Review 5:Residence very well positioned in the city (historical center) close to any interesting place The building itself is very nice (historical house) and the apartment very convenient. Nicely furnished
Review 6:Church bells rang regularly but it was lovely too. Stairs to room so you need to be able to carry your luggage
Review 7:Large room situated above the patisserie with the waft of chocolate everywhere
Review 8:The broken loo seat!
Review 9:The convenience of being in the centre of Pinerolo, which also meant being close to public transport. We visited family living nearby too. We liked the space within the apartment.
Review 10:The staff were fantastic-so warm and helpful. The room was beautifullydecorated, clean, and comfortable. The location was incredible-rightnext to the Duomo and above the family run Pasticceria where you couldget delicious, freshly made breakfast. I was there for a cycling holidayand greatly enjoyed the location and atmosphere of the town, not tomention the incredible cuisine. Will definitely be going back to stayhere the next time I am in Pinerolo and would like to thank the Ferraudfamily for making my stay so comfortable and welcoming.
Review 11:the old building is interesting at first but with time it gets frustrating all these stairs... the view for the square is wonderful but the curtain is very thin and it makes the room feel we have no privacy, as if . living on the street itself
Review 12:being right in the middle of the old town, discovering an unknown and beautiful city, and huge apartement for not much money
