Review 1：A bit far from the city center, it looks like outskirts. But it's OK if you travel by car. The worst thing - there was a wedding downstairs at the restaurant and we heard the music on the third floor in the room.

Review 10：There was a voucher in the room for 50zl off when using the spa facility in the basement. Decided to go for this but forgot the voucher. Chose treatments totalling 145zl but the voucher could not be used unless 150zl was spent, so £1 different. Spa staff did not point this out and encourage another treatment to ensure that the voucher could be used - very disappointed by this. Dinner provided by a 'restaurant' attached to the hotel - looked like a subcontracted area - main meal very good on second night - cold on first night and dessert of supposedly crepe suzette was inedible and caused stomach upset. Flacid, thick pancakes that had not been cooked. Only 4 choices on desert menu, two were not available and 3rd not cooked. Desert returned after attempt to eat with gagging but staff did not seem to understand and no money off meal which was not cheap compared to others we had in Poland. If you can't cook deserts, choose simple options that you can prepare without cooking!

Review 35：Music on the hallway was quite loud. Side tables were dirty with some drinks spilt on them and not cleaned.... Automatic tap on the sink is not very practical as you cannot wash your face let alone baby.....

Review 37：While checking out, the company processing credit cards for the hotel rejected my three cards in a row so I had to make a trip to the nearest ATM, where the same cards paid me cash without any problems. Hotel is not to blame for the incident but the receptionist's remarks "I cannot let you leave without payment" added additional amount of stress to already stressful situation.

Breakfast superb with chef-made omelette etc. Thoroughly recommend the hotel but remember to take a copy of yoru reservation to avoid room mix-ups. There is a considerable difference in quality between twin bed and double room.Wonderful waitress for breakfast and friendly, professional cook.

Our recommendation to other visitors - have a meal at the local restaurant, it serves great dishes! One of the best hotels we have ever stayed at!
