Review 1：The apartment we had was okay but elements felt very basic and spare. No pictures on the wall for example, nothing that reflected the nice exterior. The bed was flimsy and very little was provided other than basic bedding and towels. The bathroom was tiny, but to be fair we were in a one room apartment so I'm sure the family apartments are bigger. As this is self catering, a simple welcome pack with some cleaning materials, milk, bread etc would have really helped as there is no maid service in the apartments, and the shops in the town are shut in the afternoons. The rules and regulations and the tone of the welcome brochure were very off putting. So - while nothing was actually wrong, it all felt a bit stark. All this could be easily fixed.

Review 2：We liked the location- not far from Simius beach and the surrounding area is fantastic. The way the residence buildings have been designed externally is very attractive and village-like and gives a good first impression. The pool area and bar are attractive and a great facility to have. Lots of storage in the apartment. I think this residence would be great for a family holiday.

Review 8：The pool area was lovely, gardens beautiful and well kept. Everything was very clean, the rooms are basic but has everything you need. Location is excellent, walking distance to the beach and town. Some great restaurants in town and the beach is stunning. Everyone is very friendly. Perfect place for a relaxing family holiday.

Review 9：There were just a few suggestions we had which would make the stay more enjoyable: - an iron which we could borrow as clothes get crumpled while travelling and guests don't always have space for a travel iron - the hot water kept going cold - only 1 of us could have a hot shower before the water went cold - more info on excursions around the town - we came just before peak season so a lot of things weren't quite open yet but when I did some online investigation I found tour operators available - wifi available only in pool and reception area and not in rooms

Review 10：Pool was great and so was the location - so close to the beach and a nice walk into town. Private beach was also nice so we could hire loungers and umbrellas for the duration of our stay. Fosco, Barbara and the staff were all friendly and always at our disposal. The bartender in particular was so lovely and the Nutella pastries were delicious!! A great place to relax with friends or family in a stunning location. Lovely view of the sea from the hotel too.

Fantastic location, walking distance to the centre of Villasimius, walking distance to the beach and local playground if travelling with children, great and very clean apartments with all pots, pans, cutlery, small washing up liquid. Excellent!

Review 16：Lovely appartment with our own garden too. Paraquetes and lizards common. Pool lovely. Everywhere so clean. unusual high wind a couple of days we were there, gardener cleaned up immediately, pool too. No sign of anything left. Receptionist so helpful. Lovely restaurant in marina nearby. 2 supermarkets other side of town, we used Conrad. Beaches are stunning. We were off season but beach empty. Temperatures got up to 30° a few days. Well worth staying here.

Simius beach (300m walk) is ok but I would recommend hiring a car to reach the amazing beaches of Cala Pira, Cala Sinzias etc. Overall a lovely place to stay :D

Review 42：Kitchen is totally unequipped. Not even a cleaning cloth, dishwashing liquid or matches to light the fire. Bad soundproof. Fortunately we did not have noisy neighbours.

Review 50：The owner of the apartments was always happy to help us out with any requests we had. We stayed in an apartment with sea views and it was fantastic. We can't wait to stay there again. The apartments are close to the beach and a new supermarket has recently opened up nearby so we didn't have to trek up the main street to the shops.

Review 51：No duvets, just one person blankets. Needed to pay 15 EUR/Day extrafor the private beach chairs and umbrella.

Review 53：We arrived at the hotel at night and they didn`t have even a soap forthe bathroom sink. When I went to ask, they said it was because theywere more of a residence than a hotel, altough in my case I didn`trent one of the regular apartment, just a normal hotel room (withoutkitchen and living area). The 200 euros deposit was also not good, sobe prepared!Because it was May, there was no beach service provided and we were not told about that during our reservation, so we had to pay to use in another area. They also don`t provide beach towel. If you go there, bring everything you need!

Review 54：The best part of the hotel was definetelly the view of my room! I alsohave to say that the barista there makes excellent capuccinos!

Review 55：There was no hairdryer in the apartment, and you could not borrow one from the reception desk which was a bit of a pain, so would recommend taking your own! You also only get supplied with minimal toilet roll and have to provide the rest yourself, and no tea towels or washing up liquid are provided, we did not know this so had to buy it all at the supermarket and leave it there, this wasn't too much of a problem but it wasn't really specified on the hotel information.

Review 56：This was an excellent stay, it was a comfortable and clean apartment with excellent facilities, just 5 mins walk from the sea and 10-15 mins walk to the town centre. The apartment was spacious and had everything you need, with an excellent sea view (apartment number 24). The bar was modern and comfortable, and staff were very attentive and gave excellent customer service! Pool was excellent, not heated but warm enough even in early April, very clean and well presented. Lots of shops, bars, and restaurants nearby in the town. Although would thoroughly recommend hiring a car to get around to beaches and towns slightly further afield. We were also given a complimentary bottle of wine on arrival, as we had found the stay at a cheaper rate since booking. Overall, very impressed with the whole site and would thoroughly recommend for a lovely break by the sea.
