Reviews for Hotel Dali Plaza Ejecutivo

Review 1:Old hotel only stayed one night very uncomfortable beds could not stay another night, did not give refund though we checked out at 8am, breakfast said included when i booked they charged us and no wifi so could not show them the web site .

Review 2:Location good

Review 3:Well no good housekeeping staff don't help you when you need something

Review 4:Is very close to everything on downtown you just get out from hotel walk few blocks and u are there

Review 5:The messy renovation at the lobby area. A not reliable WiFi in the rooms, We got changed to a different room without requesting it. Not enough light at the rooms.

Review 6:The location is ideal for first time travelers to this great city. Good transportation links to all areas within short stroke. Big rooms.

Review 7:Total absence of WiFi. The personal not very friendly. The pillows were just like rocks (we didn't sleep well), but the bed was comfortable.

Review 8:We loved the location. Also, the room was kept clean. Breakfast not included but the price to pay for it was reasonable and there was variety.

Review 9:elevator terrible terrible terrible..loooooooong wait...small capacity......loooooooong waiting And..I will not come back for this reason...

Review 10:chek in fast and very professional

Review 11:Beds were too hard. Wifi didn't work.

Review 12:I've stayed at this hotel on a couple of occasions - the location is excellent, it's cheap and safe. But no notice that they were doing major renovations and the wifi was down. There typical customers are Mexican nationals in town for shopping and parties, but they could attract more foreign visitors with a few improvements. The beds are hard and the towels have seen better days. A couple minor improvements would make this hotel a good destination. Close to the historic section of town, it's a good choice.

Review 13:No bottled water and you have to bring your own glass to brush your teeth. I asked to take a juice glass to my room after eating at their breakfast buffet and was denied. Very strange.

Review 14:Great location right in the heart of el centro Guadalajara, good breakfast buffet, big rooms, clean, helpful staff

Review 15:A bit impersonal better for business Wifi temperamental Hot water not particularly hot As solo female felt uncomfortable out after dark

Review 16:Close to historical centre Clean &comfortable

Review 17:Lobby under construction during stay Bathroom floor level was much higher than the room - fall hazard

Review 18:Quiet comfortable room Excellent breakfast at reasonable price

Review 19:Some of the staff were kind of rude when it came for me to ask about parking. what I didn't like was that they made us move our van and told us that they have preferences with big groups of people staying in the hotel, this made me feel like i was less then the other customers. I also asked for some cups and ice and water they told me that I can have some but that i would have to pay for it. Alot of hotels give those things for FREE.

Review 20:The rooms were very clean, big and comfortable. It was in the center of downtown Guadalajara, grocery store around the corner and great Chinese Food Buffet restaurant across the street if the hotel.

Review 21:A few more words of english would have been helpful at the front dedk...

Review 22:Young Staff very friendly and generally quite helpful.

Review 23:They had no record of my reservation from Booking.com.

Review 24:They honored the rate I received from Booking.com.

Review 25:I saw a couple of cucarachas around the buffet.

Review 26:Location!

Review 27:Te towels and sheets

Review 28:Location and breakfast

Review 29:Location in historic district great, staff helpful. Clean & comfy.

Review 30:The underground parking is a bit too steep for car goes down and up which we're not used to drive like that.

Review 31:location, walk to main square

Review 32:Wifi not reliable

Review 33:Wifi konnection disappeared suddenly. Every day, even my last morning before leaving somebody knocked and wanted to enter.

Review 34:Great location. Excellent and helpful staff. Comfortable room. I'll choose the same hotel in my next time in Guadalajara. I recommend Hotel Dali! :)

Review 35:WiFi has issues. Rarely works in your room.. only works half the time in the lobby. The reception is aware of this problem but the problem persists.

Review 36:All was fine.. good location for the historic centre. There are often reduced rates for this hotel

Review 37:Although the room with king bed was spacious, it did not have a full-length mirror. There were also no face towels, only bath towels. I called the front desk about this, and it's just something they do not provide. There is also no hairdryer, or ice bucket. And the A/C unit is very noisy. The location is not in the most appealing part of town, but we never had any issues. Just enter & exit the hotel on Calle Morelos instead of Ave. Juarez. It's safer. Lastly, the front desk staff is NOT friendly. They do not smile, and when I asked them to call a taxi for me, one of the ladies just shrugged me off and said to find one myself off the street in front of the hotel. Now, what kind of customer service is that?!

Review 38:The room we were given was very spacious: comfortable king bed, a desk, flat-screen TV, large private bath, and free wi-fi, which I was able to connect to without any problems. We had nice views of the Cathedral from our 8th floor window. The housekeeping staff were friendly; they did a fantastic job cleaning our room. The hotel is located only a few blocks from the historic center -- about a 10-minute walk. Walk Calle Morelos, which feels safer than Avenida Juarez. GREAT price!

Review 39:No drinking glasses in room..asked at desk and they looked dumbfounded..told them I've never been in a hotel without drinking glasses..

Review 40:Room was large with elevator service

Review 41:The Wi-Fi throughput was somewhat spotty on the 8th floor - excellent in the lobby, though!

Review 42:The price charged, the central location, the friendly staff, the good value breakfast - all in all an excellent experience!

Review 43:The reception was completely unhelpful. They didn't book a cab we had ordered and underestimated the time required for our trip. We nearly missed our bus because of them. King size bed are small. Internet is random.

Review 44:Room spacious, good location.

Review 45:The staff didn't seem to know anything, or willing to go out of their way to help. It's way too expensive for what you get. At night the area seems a little sketchy. But more than anything it's overpriced....unless they were hiding the good facilities....

Review 46:The bathroom was a good size. The beds weren't as bad as they looked...

Review 47:We think that my husband was allergic to something in the room or something that was coming in through the window air-condtioner.

Review 48:The hotel was well located on a pedestrian street in the heart of Guadalajara and was air-conditioned, which was a must in May.

Review 49:Internet/WiFi does not work in the rooms and connection comes and goes in lobby. Staff was informed but nobody really cared. Staff is not familiar with local public transport.

Review 50:Location and price

Review 51:Shower in need of repair.

Review 52:Good location. Close to restaurants and city center. Lots of good food choices around. The staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly. Any requests were immediately accommodated. Safe area to walk do to many restaurants. The rooms were very comfortable. The bathroom was big. Good cleaning. WI-FI in the room worked well. Not expensive breakfast, fresh juice, coffee, tea, 3 types of homemade yogurt, cereal, toast, butter, jam, honey, fruit and hot Mexican food. Good, secure parking. Large diversity of travellers from around the world. Felt safe. The beautiful city Guadalajara.

Review 57:poor wifi poor breakfast

Review 58:good location quite room on the right wing power shower comfortable bed

Review 59:Felt UnSafe - location is right next to a disco. Many drunk people in the area. The staff was unhelpful and rude. Wi-fi does not work.
