Review 1：The staff were not very friendly and the room whilst clean had scratched and damaged paintwork, 2 out of the three bedroom lights did not work but given the response from the staff when we reported that the lock on the door was faulty we decided not to report this - I chose this hotel as it was advertised as having parking - it doesn't and we had to pay an additional 20 euros to park in the multi story car park which is thankfully within walking distance but not very convenient as it's not that easy to find. The breakfast which we also had to pay extra for was awful, I think 10 euros each for a cup of coffee and a stale role is dreadful

Review 3：Excellent location. Helpful staff. Parking garage very nearby. Simple, but tasty breakfast with coffee, bread and croissant. Really local French style hotel.

Review 7：The straff was very friendly and helpful. Although not in the centre of Monte itself, the hotel was within easy reach by bus to the Casino and Nice Airport. It was located next to a charming square with all amenities - shops, street market, restaurants and bars at prices a fraction of the inflated prices near the Casino. Definitely to be recommended.
Review 8：The other member of staff (an older guy) was most unhelpful and rude and got angry with us when we wanted to change the time of our taxi booking to take us to the airport. The decor is very dated, there was no hot water on the evening we arrived and the wifi was pretty unreliable.

Review 13：You can reach any place within a few minutes walk. Both the ports, palace and a few minutes away. The station can be reached within five minutes, walking. WiFi is excellent throughout the hotel. The staff is very helpful.
Review 14：only thing that i didnt like was that when we arrived at midday (that's when the check-in starts) nobody was there. all doors wide open and keys for rooms available to anyone. we had to wait for receptionist for 25 minutes but on the plus side he was helpful. but if we would visit Monaco again we would stay in this hotel again!

Review 28：The hotel is tired, a lot of money for very little quality, the carpet on the stairwell is filthy. It could seriously do with an upgrade. The owner is rude, he said we could have breakfast for additional 10 euros fair enough but it's just one croissant, one orange juice and one coffee and seemed like an effort to serve us and another couple who he was also rude to.

Review 35：The location is fantastic - nestled about a minute's walk from the start of the path up to the Prince's Palace, five minutes from the Marina and the action, and with surprisingly cheap nearby public parking. The ensuite bathroom was clean as were the sheets.
