Friendly smile when we arrived and wanted immediately paying, after cleared the purchase, there is no smile anymore and the owner seem irritated all the time. No free public parking ( you have to pay for each hour) like described. Although good situated and clean room, I will prefer to stay in other hotel because of this behavior. We will not recommended anyone to stay here. To City Shumen itself, we felt very unwell in Shumen, there are police or policecar on every street corner and they look fierce.
