Review 1：Our suite had carpets. I prefer hard wood floor

Review 2：The comfort in our room/suite, big bathroom, outside pool and the garden. Near the cable way to Seiser Alm. And most of all the silence and the luxury feeling at the hotel

Review 3：We loved winding our way through the castle rooms to our own beautifully decorated room. No traffic noise at all overnight, because the hotel is set away from the main street.

Review 9：The dinner option was very limited - everyone had to pay a fixed price (30 euros). For my husband and I this would have been ok, but for the children it was too expensive. Would have like to have a children's menu option that was less costly. For a family with 3 kids this type of cost is too much.

Review 10：The spa was lovely, and the rooms were large and comfortable which a stunning view of the mountains and a balcony. They let us check out late, which was very practical for us. And the staff allowed us to have a dog in the room during the day, which was wonderful. Breakfast was delicious.
