Reviews for Camino Real Guadalajara

Review 1:Wifi is additional - when booking I was under the impression that it was included . And you have to pay USD10 per 24 h and for 2 devices. I had 3 so turned very expensive.

Review 2:Great facility - yard, pool. Atmosphere at breakfast outdoor next to pool Excellent breakfast (but no birote) Easy to park Easy access to hotel, downtown, and business district

Review 3:I have stayed at 3 other hotels in this Zapopan area and none were acceptable. Finally I booked Camino Real and I am delighted. I will be back again and again.

Review 4:They charge for parking, they charge for the coffe kit at the room, they charge for internet, for bottle water that is the room. The prices on restaurant are very high. There are many nice hotels for less price and they include coffe kit in room, bottle water, internet, parking

Review 5:I loved having a terrace to enjoy the gardens very relaxing.

Review 6:When we booked there was a price and when we got to the property we pay almost 100% more of the showed in the app

Review 7:Bed and facilities

Review 8:Beautiful facilities. Nice hotel with many green areas and pools if you travel with children.

Review 9:This hotel is an oasis of calm serenity in the hubbub of a major metropolis. Don't miss this!

Review 10:The rate you pay in pesos and then exchange to dollars/euro's affrom Creditcard: I lost 180 dollars on this for 9 days stay!

Review 11:I loved the terrace in the morning for breakfast: you can take your timein the morning and enjoy breakfast till 12 am. Great. And in theweekends the orchestra marriachi! Great! Staff very helpful. Rooms niceand spacy and lovely beds!

Review 12:The booking process on-line. I'm still not certain of what I have paid, or what I'm being charged for. I would book directly with the hotel vs on-line.

Review 13:The hotel food is very good. I plan on returning in the near future as enjoyed the quiet, and the food.

Review 14:The first hotel in Mexico where I had to pay for water in 6 years. Got double bed when wanted a kingsize...had to walk 10mn and argue 15mn before getting the change done

Review 15:Need some works on the facilities pools..... Great staff more training for the front desk

Review 16:All rooms have a terrasse and garden Great Internet connection Really good service mainaly room service Great location in between city center and the business center

Review 17:The roon I stayed in was at 2nd floor far from hotel lobby and the door key failed to work pretty often. There is no means of communication so that some body can help to open the room door and de you have to walk up to the lobby to get help. I think there should be means of communication taking in account somebody can get sick and need help being unable to walk. Other thing is that room is localed near street and train track, so you feel the vibration, that's not so comfortable, so to make it up the room rate for such as this must be cheaper!

Review 18:I liked its food. It's a paceful and quiet place. There is a good internet connection.

Review 19:The front desk staff, was uninterested, did not explain what we weregetting for our money, had an arrogant and generally condescendingattitude. It turned us off completely of this hotel. We have sent anemail to their head office, but as of yet have not heard back. Guessthat they have the same attitude as the front desk. There are hundredsof choices of hotels and although we have in general been very happywith Camino Real in other cities this is not one in which I would chooseto go back to.The main pool was unuseable as there were no chairs and the restaurant encroached on the pool. The other smaller pools had no seating. It seems this hotel offers these services, but really they are for the most part unuseable, which was one of the reasons we choose this location.

Review 20:The staff that greeted us and parked our car and carried our bags, wereexcellent, happy, helpful and treated us like Kings....They went theextra mile to cover up the lousy attitude of the front desk staff. Thefood (breakfast buffet) was excellent, the waiters were terrific and therooms were clean and the beds were very comfortable.

Review 28:the kindness of the staff, the facilities and the food

Review 29:WIFI !!!! It's too much expensive !
