Review 1：A palm tree branch was hanging too low to park in my allocated parking spot and also the TV didn't have channel 22 (kids channel) for our child.

Review 3：The location was excellent and it was very quiet. Staff were friendly and helpful. We liked the layout of the room and the fact it had a toaster and microwave. Very good shower with plenty of hot water. Serviced every day.

Review 10：We had a wonderful stay. Paul and his wife went out of their way to accommodate our needs and requests. However, I don't want to rave too much because it will be booked out next time we want to stay there.

Review 13：Clean and spacious room with a very comfortable bed. Lovely friendly and helpful staff. Excellent value for money stay with most rooms away from the main road so minimal traffic noise. I would definitely recommend a stay here.
Review 14：had an accident with shower door caught on foot and cause large gash - will be Ok but required visit to chemist for bandages etc as reception closed - the bottom of shower has sharp edge and getting towel door open out onto foot - very sharp

Review 102：Warm welcome with good local information. Attractive grounds and well maintained spacious room. Free use of laundry facilities particularly helpful. Received a phone call after leaving a torch behind which demonstrated superior customer service plus invitation to join frequent traveller plan.

We tried to ring reception but there was no response so my husband walked outside and asked for clean towels and a roll of toilet paper. We were very dissappointed with the lack of service.

A great place for overnight or a few days to a week or so. The perfect budget friendly place. Great stay.
