Review 1：The location and beachfront setting are perfect. It's an easy walk to the marina and townsquare. We enjoyed the clam bake/BBQ and Italian night "theme " dinners. The Hotel Oasis has a nice easy going casual atmosphere.

Review 2：a few nights were loud due to the neighborhood music & parties. but tolerable, since the sound of the wind could sort of hush it up a bit.

Review 3：loved that it was low season & hardly anyone was there! it was a welcome retreat after staying in town at la damiana which turned out to be very loud. loved the view of the sunrise & sunset every morning. wow! loved that there was a pool even tho' it was bloody freezing! ate fresh fish at their restaurant and it was delicious as well. there is a beach right in front, but it isn't the cleanest. very dusty. don't expect a 4 star resort. but a decent beach side motel-like place to stay. i can imagine if it was crowded, it would be much noisier tho'. it's not in the heart of town, so you will have to walk a bit, but so what! isn't that part of the fun of travelling?!

Review 4：The noise level & late night activities on the beach was awful - people yelling, ATVs running up & down the beach & the owner's dog was barking about something that took the staff 10 minutes to get under control

Review 9：I enjoyed the hotel. The staff was very accommodating. The facilities were kept very clean. Our room was basic, but had all the necesiities except a hairdryer. The view from the outdoor restaurant was lovely.

Review 12：The price !! $144 per night for what in affect was a glorified motel room. Stayed in far better across the USA for around $70. Noisy air conditioner in an adjoining room. Not necessarily a negative, as the food wasn't overpriced, but fairly average, similar to most of the restaurants in Loreto.The place could do with a facelift.....as could most of the clientele.

Swimming pool surround tatty but water clean and refreshing.Good bar with free pool table for my adult sons. Direct access to a dull but clean safe beach in front of the hotel.

Review 16：I have been to Loreto at least 10 times. I have all over Mexico my entire life. When I went to check out my open tab, they did what you you should always look at. He added a hidden charge of 1148 pesos or $132.00 dollars and listed hidden as a 'room tax' after asking him twice what this was, he said" it is no problem " I once said again " WHAT IS THIS CHARGE FOR " he said " no problem sir , we will take it off " . SO SICK of them always trying to take advantage. WE DID NOT EXPECT THIS FROM THE OASIS. Maybe the owner should understand her crew better, and her computer knowledge , and not let them scam people unless they are involved. My group, no affiliate group or any friends of mine will ever return. JUST because of a scam check out charge at a beautiful location.

Great beach, but was not the season for swimming. Large parking.

Review 36：Price for what we got, pool dirty & cold, no spa, layout of thehotel confusing (had to wander around to find things) exh. Fan inbath didn't work. We moved to the golf & spa loreto resortsouth of town.
