Review 1：Two beds rooms were not exactly two beds. Wifi sometimes cuts out if you're too far in the room.

Review 2：Clean hotel. Great location. Breakfast was delicious !! Would recommend.

Review 3：The Airconditioning was terrible. The cooling capacity was not enough, the staff cooled in the different period, but it was a little bit more than nothing.

Review 5：Some rooms don't have balcony. So take care of it in advance to get the room with balcony. In our room there was no power outlet close to the mirror. For girls it could be a problem. Be prepared that from 13:30-19:00 almost all restaurants in the district are close for siesta. For us it was a surprise when we couldn't find a place for lunch at 14:00. Dinner starts as a rule at 19:00.

Review 6：First af all I would like to say some words regarding Marina di Massa. This town is very cosy, calm with a good beaches and sea. It's not a place for partying and clubbing. I really enjoy my staying in this beautiful small town. As for the hotel. It's located not far away from bus station piazza Betty. From central station you can go by bus 60 or 61. It takes about 20 min. The hotel is small and cozy. We got the room #6 on the second floor. We had a pretty big balcony with a table and armchairs. It was a perfect place to sit during the evening with a glass of wine and plate of fruits and cheeses. The room looks nice. Actually the same as you see on the photos. Cleaning was good but not perfect. The main advantage of this hotel is its owner. They are so friendly and sympathetic. Thank you so much for Maria Luisa and her husband’s assistance. They always try to help us. They really do their best to make you staying in their hotel pleasant. The breakfast was very good. A variety of fresh fruits, fresh orange juice, different cheeses and ham, a lot of pastry. The cappuccino was very good. The beach located on the other side of the road. So you need just cross the road. There is a good free beach with a fine sand and beautiful sea. 20 minutes away by bicycle you can reach a very beautiful beach Cinquale. A very big free beach with a few people. By the way, free bicycles one more option at the hotel . I would recommend this hotel. It’s good place to stay for a not big money.

Review 11：it should be more explicit that all the beach for a 20km radius is pay only (17€ per family/day)... imagine our expression when they said that we had to pay to go to the beach, and after 20h we could no longer be there as all the bar's close (beaches are managed by the beach bar for that small length); we got a breakfast morning personal that was very annoying and we really didn't like her; the bed was missing 2 boards and was a pain to sleep;

Review 24：A very good place to stay. The room is not really big, but nice, and it had a balcony, from where you can see the sea. The stone floor is pretty cold, but I think it's for advantage in summer. The hotel is close to the beach and center of Marina di Massa, where beach restaurants and shops can be found. Very good breakfast with huge selection of food, which is really rear in Italy.

Review 32：Cleaning staff enters your room around 9 am, without knocking the door. When we arrive, the room was perfectly clean, but during our stay, only thing they do as cleaning is to make the bed.
