Reviews for Quinta Real Guadalajara
Review 1:The receptionist (Andrea) was rude and not helpful. She was rude to me and 4 other people that we were traveling with. The sad thing is that the hotel is amazingly beautiful but the receptionist service is horrible. The rest of the employees were very accommodating and professional.
Review 2:The rooms are beautiful!
Review 3:No really bad experience--but suggestions Mattresses could be better(too stiff); step to get in and out of bathtub; more drawers to placeclothes -- your Hospitality made up for those minor inconveniences.
Review 4:Hospitality Culture is Excellent 5++ Stars. Ambiance is relaxing andcomfortable. Kudos to Enrique (Bell Captain) Jaime (Concierge) andAntonio (Bartender). Took some friend there (5 rooms total) andeverybody thoroughly enjoyed their stay. Stayed at the safi Hotel In Monterrey--no comparison to the Quinta Real in Guadalajara. Arrangement's inMonterrey made by someone else. I should have stayed at the Camino Realin Monterrey or the Quinta Real next to the safi Hotel.
Review 5:You need to pay to access the wi-fi.

Review 20:an expensive merino wool interwoven rust and brown scarf my wife wore down from chicago, but did not wear in Guadalajara, disappeared from our room. Upon checking out I registered a complaint and handed them a description of the scarf. I never heard back from them That night, while n transit home, I called and was told they would check with housekeeping the following day. I never heard back from them. This experience marred what was otherwise an enjoyable 5 day stay.
Review 21:a charming spanish style hotel, with a wonderful staff.
Review 22:The problem with this hotel is that like other good hotels in the area, when you arrive it does not except bookings with other companies so youend up paying a lot more !! I have this with other hotels in this areaand I do book on different sites . We wont be going back for that reason. We are fed up paying a lot more that what we were told upon booking .a shame the manager was not helpful, He has lost a lot of futurebookings .
