Review 3：Very conveniently located: In the pedestrian zone, 1 min walk to the old town, lots of restaurants and shops nearby, and all major cultural attractions in about 5 min walk.

Review 4：Rooms are very dark There doesn't seem to be a manager anywhere in the hotel It's just a basic 3 star hotel, nothing more. I'm shocked that it got such glowing reviews on Booking.com. It felt like the hotel did the barest minimum to get to 3 stars

Review 6：Room was not serviced. Breakfast room is downstairs in a kind of cellar which wasn't very appealing. Late breakfast on the Sunday ran out of a lot of items which were not replaced. Bed was too soft, pillows too hard. I was allocated a room on the1st floor with no view at all despite asking for a room on a high floor with a lot of natural light. Too much purple colouring in the furniture in public areas.

Review 7：The location of this small hotel is good - only a few minutes walk from the old town. Audio from the TV in the bathroom was a nice bit of tech. Front desk staff were generally friendly and kindly gave me a box of homemade cookies on departure.

Review 12：Parking is indeed somewhat inconvenient - but this is almost always a trade off with hotels in the old town. Twin bed instead of a double, but this was not too much of an inconvenience.

Review 14：The location of the hotel is superb near the Krakowska Gate of the Old Town, only 200 metres from the Old Town Square. Our double was very spacious, clean and stylishly and vividly furnished and decorated. The bed was large and comfortable, and the bathroom was equipped with all modern comforts. The service was friendly, and the staff in the reception spoke good English. Every day we got to our room two bottles of mineral water, one day an abundant plate of fruits. The restaurant of the hotel, Vanilla Cafe, serves delicious cuisine, and it has a nice terrace in the pedestrian street.

Review 19：In general, the staff was nice and welcoming. However, on the last night the reception lady behaved very rudely (she didn't think we understood Polish, and joked to a fellow employee about the situation we were in - when confronted, it turned worse) Unpleasant experience.

Sitting at the outside terrace of Cafe Vanilla allows you to watch all the activity in this lively town. The hotel is small, clean and the decor modern. Our room was lovely

On our very early check-out (4.30am) we were provided with two breakfast hampers and two cake gifts for the road to Okecie. In general, it was a very pleasant stay and we wouldn't stay anywhere else while in Lublin.

Review 110：Excellently maintained and managed establishment totally let down by its wafer-thin walls. Could clearly hear conversations and running water etc. from adjoining rooms. Many rooms open onto a busy pedestrian street so don't expect to sleep with the window open. Additionally, the Hotel's café pumps music onto it's front-facing terrace from early morning 'til late at night. Breakfast needs to be improved - some dishes looked so terribly dried out - butter is a scarce commodity! Insist upon having a room on the 2nd floor that does not adjoin another room's shower room.

And although you can't park/unload in front of the hotel, the taxiplace is just around the corner (50 meter walk). It was a very very pleasant stay and we would go back any time.
