Palm Village sells fast on our site. Featuring studio apartments and its own private beach, the Palm Village is in the peaceful Villasimius area of Sardinia. It features a pool with a hydro-massage area and a Mediterranean garden.
The studios at the Palm Apartments are air-conditioned and all include a kitchenette and satellite TV. Each has a patio or balcony with table and chairs, and some studios offer views of the Mediterranean Sea.
Between May 17 and October 11, the rate includes use of the private beach with sun-lounge chairs, sun umbrellas and towels. From fall to spring, the swimming pool is covered and heated.
Palm Village Apartments is a 10-minute walk from the center of Villasimius, with its many traditional restaurants. A shuttle service is available to and from Cagliari Elmas Airport, 37 miles away.
During the day, guests can rest by the pool, enjoy drinks and snacks from the bar or use the private beach, less than half a mile away. A barbecue area is available for relaxed outdoor dining.

Review 1：Breakfast is not included, but you can cook in the room easily. When we arrived with the car, it was not so easy to find the place by gps, otherwise, location is good, near the beach and near the city.

Review 2：Everything is well done, rooms are cozy and comfortable, big balcony is very nice and beautiful!! The best thing was that this hotel allows access to the swimming pool (+hot showers nearby) and beach deck chairs even after check-out (with bracelet)! Very good value for the money.

Review 3：we thought the facilities in the apartment were somewhat Spartan.only 3 spoons ,3cups,3 knifes,3 forks.the 2 hobs you could not have on together as the electric would blow.no kettle and no toaster. hardly any choice of snacks on site.

Review 9：Our air com was not working on the first night which led to a very uncomfortable first night. The bar at Palm Village had no gin so we couldn't have a G&T! The apperol spritz was ready made in a bottle and tasted ghastly.

Review 11：A need of minor upgrades and new decor. Don’t expect a ‘deep end’ on the hotels pool, it’s adequate for kids, not so much for 185 cm adults.

The hotel is situated 5min from the nice beach where you can find great sunbeds and umbrellas. Also 5-10 minutes from the hote is the supermarket where you can buy all necessary things

Review 21：The roads to the sea and to the village are just a hard ground road, very dusty and absolutely unpleasant...so you just swallow the dust from the cars on your ways to the beach and back and to the village and back. Disgusting! Ugh...if you like this sort of 'rural' pleasure - pay over the odds and feel like Adam... They ask for £100.00 of damage deposit. But it is never advertise on the hotel policy. They ask for cash but have no change form 'big' notes.... And - come on! it is stupid to charge for wi fi 3.50 per hour...please join the world! Overall - overpriced. And I know - I go to Italy every year 5-6 times

Review 30：We were 11 and we rent 3 rooms. The rooms were very comfortable and clean, with a tv, a balcony, a nice bathroom, and small kitchen with all the instruments you need to do a quick meal, you just have to buy the product to wash the dishes. Regarding, the beach, you can reach it by walking in 10 minutes. There is also a supermarket 15minutes far by walking. If you arrive from Cagliari in a bus, the bus stop is 10 minutes far from the hotel. The hotel has a warm pool and barbecue area.

Review 31：Spacer/wall between two beds in the room for 3 persons could be lower. Otherwise feeling like in the trough. When arriving too intensive smell in the room.(comes from inside the wardrobe).

Review 34：We stayed in Palm Beach 2 nights while visiting Villasimius in a tripple room. The hotel area is tiny, but number of rooms is also small, we were not at the peak season time, so it was quiet.The room is not very spacious, however meets all the needs. Nice balcony with table and chairs was a right place for eating! Helpful personell, delicious coffee in the bar. Grill facilities outside we did not use. Kitchen utilities were sufficient (no cettle nor pan, but we did not miss it), one holder on a cooking stove was not working. Beds were spacious and we had a very good sleep. Worth to mention good location - the same distance to the see and to the town, ~1 km to each, so definitely walking distance. However we were using a car and it was parked in hotel's free of charge parking lot.

Review 37：bad staff at the reception desk could not answer that sells tickets for the tourist bus easymius tickets were eventually found and bought yourself in the city, and the next day, it turned out that they give out free at the hotel. We spent 16 euros on tickets that we had to give in the hotel for free. hotel looks like a campground. windows overlook the parking lot. Cleaning takes place once a week. Weekly issued 1 roll of toilet paper.

Review 45：We arrived on a Sunday when the supermarkets were closed. Palm Village could consider offering basic provisions to purchase - i.e. milk, water, orange juice etc. Not a deal breaker but may be worth a thought.

Review 48：Poor information in reception about what to do in this city or around city. The city tourist information office was closed for two days, and we were feeling that nothing to do.

All appartments on the 1st floor havea partial sea view, and all the rest - at least a pool view. You can usemany barbecues available (there are many), you may use another nice poolin the neighboring hotel Green Village for free. In general we very muchlike it and want come again!!!

Review 51：Everything, the receptionist even phoned us to check on our arrival time, attention to detail. The sun beds on the beach were of excellent quality and as they took them back to the hotel for storage they were thoroughly cleaned before being put away.

Pode-se uzar a piscina do outro hotel (green village, 200m)que é bastante mais agradável e tem também 1 parque infantil maior. Osempregados estão sempre disponíveis e bastante simpáticos.

Review 59：- Poor breakfast- Room is relatively small for 3 guests (balcony is almost bigger than room itself) - Swimming pool is small and not well-maintained. Pool at Green Village (which you can use as well) is much better - Expensive wifi connection (EUR 3.50/hr) and extremely slow
