Review 1：Lebuh enggan difficult to find if you using Garmin GPS but good for waze user. Swimming pool not clean but must use swimming trunk suit

Review 5：1. guests in my opposite room (room 208) had a private party until 4 a.m with loud music & partying teenagers walking in & out of that room. i complained to the reception but no actions were taken to stop that party. is it hotel policy to allow guests to host parties in their rooms until the wee hours of the morning, with no regard for the comfort of other hotel guests? 2. bad wifi - always need reconnecting 3. smelly carpet in the room & hallways

Review 7：The staff keep asking about my credit card details and having some problem about their credit card authentication machine/ equipment. Expensive, not value for money for that standard hotel. Just an average hotel. Previously this hotel owned by Presscott, and it is much more better than this! Cheap, clean, proffessional staff, having many facilities, comfortable, and 100% satisfied. Not like this new hotel, tottaly different

Review 9：towel dirty, no amenities, aircond not cold, no hot water, door access card not working, room full of smoking smell eventhough they said it's a non smoking room.

Review 10：Okay, hii actually merrida is very okay, but sometimes I will came to merrida when my husband got meeting at bandar klang, and dont know where to go, so we select and decide to choose merrida, as per my exp, merrida is cnfort but can I request new type of choose for stay, me and my husband really cant to stay for one nght because, we will go back to terengganu or else we will go to another meeting at a new vanue, so can we request just for a moment, charges us or else new type for 7 hours for rmxx atleast I can save my money as well. Thanks.

Review 11：The regulations for swimming pool is outdated. There are now shorts and shirts for swimming pool but the hotel insists for tights and swimming trunk. Even in Europe the shorts and shirts for swimming pool is acceptable. I hardly see people wear tights and swimming trunk anymore when I travel even to Europe in the hotel facilities.

Review 12：Almost everything. Phones in the room does not work. Opening the door to the room is a nightmare. TV reception is terrible... Wardrobe in toilet! And the list goes on....

Review 18：During stay, i'd found that the air conditioning is not really cooling the room and one of my regrets is that even i'd told them to change another minibar...still the fridge doesn't funtioning well. Hope they will improved that facilities.
