Review 5：We planned to go to Banja Luka by bus over the night and we're supposet to get there early in the morning. In the email I've got just upon the reservation I was told the earliest check in time was 10am, but when we got there they told us it's actually 12pm. However they were keen to keep our stuff while we explored the city a bit more.

Review 15：The room smelled from cigarettes. Breakfast is included in the price, but you can get only yoghurt, tea or milk, for every other drinks you have to pay. Noise from everywhere - one side from the road, other side from the bar.

Review 43：Only small towels provided. Good shower though. Not the fault of the hotel - the railway and bus stations are some distance from the city centre. The Kamel is 25-40 minutes walk, those in the centre are even further. The hotel called a taxi for our return cost on the meter was about 7kms
Review 44：Small hotel a short walk from the compact main centre. Rooms met all our requirements . Should we visit BL again this place would be top of the list.
