Green Village Resort sells fast on our site. The Green Village is in a quiet area between Simius Beach and the center of Villasimius. The resort features grounds with palm trees and a large swimming pool. On site, you will also find a playground and a barbecue area.
All apartments have a porch, furnished with a table and chairs. The rate includes free outdoor parking and air conditioning.
The friendly staff is delighted to offer useful tourist information and arrange excursions around Sardinia. Breakfast is available at the partner property Palm Village, 150 feet away.
Between May and September, an area of Simius Beach is especially reserved to the Green Village Resort.

Review 1：Room 13 has a VERY squeaky bed. One cannot even get in it without making a mess of noise, let alone move at all at night. Time to replace it. We were told via email (and it is on your webpage) that the covered pool at the neighboring hotel would be available in inclement weather. It was pouring rain for half of our visit, yet the pool was not covered and therefore our children could not swim. This was a big disappointment for us.

Review 2：Great little two bedroom apartment on a beautiful property. Very quiet and relaxing. The staff was very nice and helpful. We would suggest it to friends, but not during bad weather due to the indoor pool not being available as promised.

Review 6：Very nice and comfortable apartment. We had kitchen and two bedrooms, everything clear and well-equipped. 10 min to the beach with a private sunbeds and umbrellas. To the best market also max 10 min.Towels changed only once, but it wasn't a big problem for us becasue we have our own:) People are amazing, we arrived around 11 p.m and receptionist waiting especially for us. Transport from airport without any problems, drivers very nice and when we were driving for departure driver show us Cagliari- not go straight to the airport. Thank you for such great visit.

Review 7：Breakfast is only available in a sister resort, although close by.

Review 8：Location is a quiet and not too dense area appr. half way between the beach and the town center, both being in walking distance. The apartment was very clean, with all amenities needed, A/C was working fine. A lush Mediterranean garden surrounded the pool. Free sunbeds and shades are available on the beach, nice service. Flexible and helpful staff.

Review 13：With the exception of the lady who welcomed us at check-in, the staff were miserable and unfriendly. Wifi is patchy - for a reliable connection, you need to sit right by the pool, or in the reception building. Children's play area could do with some revamping.

Review 14：The swimming pool is lovely and there is a relaxed, fairly quiet atmosphere around the hotel. Most people seemed to cook dinner in their apartments in the evening so it was a nice, almost community feel in the evening. It's a short walk into Villasimus town which is great to wander about in during the evening with lots of pizzerias and gelaterias, all of which are family friendly. We cheated and took the car as, with two small children, we didn't fancy the short but very dark walk back!

Review 17：We had an invasion of ants in our bathroom. They were reluctant to give us another room. It took them one week. They did not handle this in a very friendly way.

Review 27：This hotel and its sister hotel Palm Village are really focused on family holidays...lots of kids having fun in the pool...so lots of boisterous noise etc...if you are a couple looking for a quiet hotel this may not be your thing....but can't fault it for its facilities etc. The beach a Simius is also not a swimming type beach but that is not the hotels fault.

Review 29：I found the appartement small and poorly equipped for the price we paid. Kitchen lacked basics like bread knife , chopping board etc. The TV poorly installed and inadequate, the beds were also poor quality, badly sprung and thin matresses. For clients who book via booking.com etc there is daily fee for wifi whereas for clients who book direct its free. Lacking facilities for older kids, a table tennis table would be good.

Review 63：Beach was not 700m away from the resort, it was a little bit more They have no shower facilities in the resort, when you check out, go to the beach and come back to shower you need to go to Palm Village which is a 10 minute walk, showers there are not so good. Review 69：We (a family with 4- and 6-year old kids) loved it here and would stay again.We had a 2-bedroom villa next to the pool. Thought it would be too 'public' but it was fine. The quality of the furniture/doors etc is better than at many places like this. The pool is great: a little kiddie pool, another section for young kids and the adult pool. The play area is limited but our kids loved it and the area to run around. The restaurant next door was convenient. Beautiful beach--loved the towels/chairs/umbrellas. The walk to the beach was okay, but a bit challenging for kids after a day on the beach. Better to take the car. (I think there's also a local beach bus, but didn't see it in use in early June.) Great area to explore--even better than we expected.

Review 72：Internet was 'broken". The advertised internet which you hadto pay extra for did not work at all in the resort. There was nowhereto buy anything to eat or drink within the resort - nothing at all -no drinks, no coffee no breakfast. Not even any facilities to buy abottle of water!

Review 74：It is far the best accommodation we have stayed in when we have been inItaly and we have been travelling to italy for over 20 years ! It'sonly a 10 minute walk to the beach and 10 mins to town . The apartmentwas really clean and had everything you would need . Amazing maidservice clean towels and bedding every few days . The reception staffcould not have done more to make sure our stay was as good as it couldbe .forgot to mention the lovely pool and grounds . All in all greenvillage is superb. And we found a fab restaurant which is a 10 minwalk. Away so go check out La Sorgente the setting and food iswonderful , it,s near the Marina . We will be back thank you from theOrlandini family from the Uk .

Review 75：The hotel has no free Internet, and is really expensive, like €3 per hour, ridiculous because this is a basic facilitie in any hotel. Anyway is the thing that I did not like.

Review 76：We were in Green Village for 2 nights. The hotel is really nice, clean and near to the beaches. The city is small, but amazing! Staffs really nice advised some places to eat and visit. :) We liked...

Review 77：I was a little dubious about booking Green Village Resort due to it's 2 star rating, but it was recommended, so decided to take the plunge. We had a 2 bedroom villa which was basic but very clean. We had a large patio with table & chairs so great for eating al fresco or soaking up the rays. The pool & gardens are immaculate. Beach towels are provided. There are plenty of sunbeds around the pool & on the beach, for which there is no charge. A 10 minute walk to beash & town centre. Definately deserves more than 2 stars. The only thing that let the side down was the fact there was no kettle, so had to boil water up in a saucepan!

Review 87：Facilities in Vilasimius are not for people that are looking for much entertainment: in the resort itself there was nothing organized, on the beach hardly any beach bars etc. But when you are looking for a relaxing environment an ideal location.

Review 88：For young children the resort is great: small villages located around a small play garden and a swimming pool. Beach is a 5 minutes walk, we were there in April/May and the whole beach (white sand, blue see) was almost empty...

Review 89：What a great little apartment complex. We stayed for one night only at the end of our trip around Sardinia, but found the near new apartment in fantastic condition. It was a shame that we didn't have time to stay and enjoy our south facing balcony or the pool before we had to leave. This would be a good base for a few days or a week during the summer as it is only a few minutes walk from both the town and the beach.
