Review 1：The property is very outdated. Very old furniture, the toilet seat was broken, one of the curtains was falling off, everything in general was quite out of date and hence either broken/not working. For 75€/night we thought it was expensive for what we got.

Review 3：A bit overpriced for what's on offer. We stayed at hotels in Portugal that were 20 euros cheaper per night and were just as good.

Review 5：The bathroom was totally out of order, the shower facility did not work and the toilet flushing did not work properly. The breakfast was also poor.

Review 10：The location is terrible - in the middle of a noisy traffic intersection. As the rooms' air conditioning units don't work you have to weigh up whether to be hot with less roaring traffic or cool with roaring traffic. Also the rooms are in a poor state - with damp, peeling wallpaper and black mould.

Review 12：Not well-run hotel, quite messed up and young staff in trouble - nobody hasn't trained them, management has to do their job and get things better, also for them.

Review 14：The good staff made up for most things wrong with the hotel. They were great. However there is an issue with hot water going to the 3rd floor when few guests are in, it can take 10minutes plus running the water before it gets hot (which is strange) The bathroom door in 302 doesn't lock which might be embarrassing for some.

Review 15：The staff were simple great. A very nice male receptionist welcomed us and told us in good English the best places to see in Amarante which put us off to a good start. Later near midnight when we had a problem with the hot water in our room, a female receptionist came and didn't rest until she had fixed the issue. Parking wasn't a problem as plenty around the hotel. Seems to be plenty of services which weren't used by use as we stayed only one day.
