Review 1：Towels have black spots. When asked to change, the counter staff informed us that housekeeping team has gone home. Later we noticed most towels are the same with black spots.

Review 6：The staff is friendly. We arrive late night and when the staff at the front desk saw us from far... He help to get the lift for us. So that we don't have to wait!! Great customer service. Keep it up!

Review 7：Hotel claimed credit card machine faulty when check-out and cannot void credit card authorisation. Must pay via credit card instead of cash. Problem of the hotel became mine and I had to incur bank charges. Ironically, receptionist remarked about “50 cents charges”.
