Review 1：The card swip system to unluck ur room didn't really work, we had plenty of trouble getting in.
Review 2：I really enjoyed my room and the pool, the food was beautiful at the restruant.
Review 3：we had a shaky start the first night but the manager Mark was amazing next morning and went above and beyond to help us.

Review 5：First room we were booked into was disgraceful. We found out later that it was mainly used for caneworkers. Fridge was rusty, bed had a bow in it and the room was very very tired. It was not advertised as a 'cabin type' room. Reception area very worn - needs updating

Review 8：Disappointed with the old finishing of the room, I had booked two rooms of which the double resort room was quite good but unfortunately the room which sleeps four had a very old vibe, old flooring, old bathroom, not what we had expected but was bearable for only one night

Review 10：Great value for money. Would stay here again. The bistro, buffet had great food with a large variety of food to choose from. A children's playground off the restaurant to keep the kids entertained. A great place to stay for a weekend. Staff are all friendly.
Review 11：breakfast was not good at all - sausages tasted 'suspect', coffee machine & toaster tucked in dark corner - crowded and difficult to access. a frothy milk for cappucino - no coffee. bacon dished out meagerly- people waiting. chopped fruit instead of whole fruit? just a few tweaks to improve. The breakfast 'floor person' very helpful and happy, breakfast cook looked grumpy.

Little signage on such a large complex. Turned up to buy breakfast at 0600 but advised not open till 0630 even though previously told 0600

Just felt the room was over priced and when we went to ad in our 4 year old son to stay as well it took the amount close to $300 for one night and it was only a room with a queen and two singles in.

Review 27：The room we stayed in is in desperate need of a refurb. Fridge was all rusted & the bathroom was very dated. Would've been nice to have milk in the fridge for a coffee or tea at night.

Review 29：The ability to walk out of your room & see the pool was great. There were also wallabies regularly hopping around the resort, it was wonderful for our children to see.
Review 30：A bit expensive for such a small room but cheap compared to similar in Mission Beach I guess. Breakfast was included but was a bit of an average/basic buffet. Our 4 year old daughter hurt her leg falling through a broken wooden path that went across a drain. I guess she should have avoided the broken piece of wood but 4 yr olds don't think like adults.
Review 31：Staff were really helpful trying to help us find list kids toys & were kind a friendly at bistro when we visited for brekky. Also kids playground good feature at bistro. Room backed straight onto a beautiful pool.
Review 32：We enjoyed trying out all 4 swimming pools! We ate an excellent dinner in the bistro for $18 each. My kids also saw kangaroos in the grounds which was a bonus for us foreigners.
Review 33：Our beds had ants in them, aa well as the entire room. We were a family of four but only two towels were supplied, we stayed two nights and had to get our own fresh towels for day 2. The restaurant staff were very unfriendly.

No-ones fault;the pipes burst - just one of those unpredictable things. she offered us an upgraded room which we declined as we were next door to friends, ans the next day Rhonda couldn't apologise enough! Well done to you all. another very pleasant stay!

Review 44：Refurbished room was great though bathrooms still old. I was only at the hotel to sleep and shower because there is SOOO much to do in Mission Beach. Super comfy bed, exceptionally clean room, friendly staff. Safe and in a great location. Complimentary bus to transfer you around town which is essential if you're not hiring a car. Public transport doesn't exist in Mission Beach.

Review 51：Friendliness of staff. Upon checkin my husband let the receptionist know for the reason of our stay (40th Wedding Anniversary). To our surprise we were given an upgrade to our room at no extra charge! We were stoked!! Thank you so much!

Review 59：One room was completely self contained with kitchenette equipped with cooking facilities and utensils. All that we needed to take was some extra food for when the bistro was not needed for a full meal. The adjoining rooms connected by internal door were perfect for a family. Lots of beds with portable cot supplied with sheets was promptly when requested. Our pool had`shallow areas for children and was well maintained.

We were glad to leave the room after opening the window, to eat dinner. Take-out pizzas, frozen, were expensive and dull. Noisy clientel. Back garden dull and unintersting compared to pictures
