Review 1：There were flies in the dining. At first we haven't got a soap. Dirty parking with the sticky leaves. Wrong e-mail adress in the official web-site.
Review 2：Good price, breakfast. Room is big and comfortable. Staff was willing to help.
Review 3：Bathroom was a bir old, no internet connexion available though mentioned on the website, curtains do not cover full window length, so in the summer the sunlight mase me awake at 5AM, 30 min. walk to town center (but good bus connexions), close to hospital, sometimes the ambulances scare the hell out of you, just like the late noisy dance events in the restaurant during weekends. but all just minor issues ;-)
Review 4：Very friendly and helpfull staff, good services (restaurant, breakfast, bar, store), 10min. walk to universities, wifi did work almost all the time, rooms are not bad.
Review 5：The door of the room is a bit difficult to open. Sometimes you even have to call staff to open it. There is no wi-fi internet that works properly. There are not may touristic attractions near the hotel.

Review 20：I liked the pillow and the cover. It was comfortable to sleep. The room was clean and quite decent for the price. The bathroom was acceptable. The walls are noise resistant, so you cannot hear any noises from the other hotel rooms.

Review 22：Very quiet place. Breakfasts are amazing. Direct 18/57 bus from auto station. 150/151 trolleys to Plaza and Tesco. I'll stay in this hotel next time.
Review 23：Booking misunderstanding by reception staff, and placing on booking.com, had a long argue about my booking of double room. Staff was not ready to sort it out unless I told her I cancel booking. So before booking make sure what you r getting. And one more thing, as I got kinda double room, was described as a business class, its absolutely same thing twin-double-or business. only difference is bed size twin or double.

Review 25：The beds were at a very low level and very hard & thin. Difficulty in getting luggage from the carpark to the basement lift. Distance to town centre a bit far for walking in the summer heat. No refrigerator in room and 34 degrees heat.
Review 26：A very welcoming young receptionist who spoke excellent English. She helped us to our room with the luggage. When we discovered that the previous occupants had been smoking in our room the young lady quickly got us new room. Economy room nicely decorated & had a good sized bathroom & A.C. The kettle was appreciated. Free WiFi worked well. Monitored parking at 10 zyloty per day gave us peace of mind. Good advice received regarding touring Lublin which was an hours walk.
Review 27：The showers on the 4th floor had little water pressure. The mattresses were a bit hard and some of them squeaked. We could not reach the hotel by phone with the number provided. Business cards show different numbers. No free street map of Lublin – only expensive ones in the souvenir shop.
Review 28：Good value for your money. Unpretentious Hotel at good location with clean and spacious rooms, adequately equipped. WiFi worked as promised - there is also a computer in lobby with internet access for free use. Morning staff was friendly and competent. For 10 Zl you get secured parking in backyard, even for a van.
