Review 1：Excellent all round. The staff were really friendly and helpful, the location was great although I recommend car hire , food was to die for. Overall great value for money.

Review 6：the first night we arrived we wanted to have dinner at the hotel and it was set menu with a mix of buffet. the quality of food was very poor. Mashed potatoes was from the powder, dorado fish wash tiny and the glas for water had lipstick stains. and the price was too high for what we got. the other day we asked for couple plates to have our watermelon on the patio of our room and waiter said it is prohibited... that was disappointing.

Review 8：The mattresses were totally worn and very uncomfortable. Moreover the beds showed first mildew spots - obviously owed to the clammy condition of the room. We had most likely complained if our stay would have been longer than just a few nights. Considering the price (not really low) there´s definitely room for improvement.

Review 9：The hotel is a really amiable place to stay and especially the garden is really enchanting. The beautiful resort was apparently made for ideal relaxation. The staff is exceptionally friendly and always helpful.

Review 12：The private beach that is at their partner hotel 10 min away is lovely beach, but we found the entry charge a bit too expensive (EUR15 per person) You can only get good Internet connection at the main reception, and not in the room.

Review 13：We came with 7 months old baby and they gave us the best room possible, close to the pool and the restaurant, which was very convenient. The main pool has a good size and is lovely located with the view on the mountains. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Review 31：The surroundings of the hotel are not particularly exciting and at least in August (when we were there) you will probably need a car to get around to the beaches and the town of Villasimius (a couple of kilometres away) - it was simply too hot to move around walking or on bicycle.

Review 32：Wonderful resort with lovely and amazingly well kept garden and 2 swimming pools. Perfect for erelaxing and enjoying life in peaceful and quiet surroundings, or to be used as base for visiting SE Sardinia with several amazing beaches. Our room was excellent, spacious and well furnished and with a nice, big terrace with a seaview. Food was excellent, staff very helpful and service second to none. Cruccuris Resort is not cheap, but it is well worth the price. Warmly recommended.

Review 33：Had to drag our heavy cases ourselves, reception in general was not ashelpful as we were used to - hard to gather some information aboutanything, often hard to communicate at all if you cannot speak Italian!(Except one person who could understand what you were trying to enquireabout) - don t expect any support concerning any trips, surroundings(E.G. especially booked the south to go snorkeling so enquired where thecoral reefs were - first reception person said "everywhere, no matterwhere you go, everywhere" - could not find any at any beaches so askedagain and the next reception person said "no where, no corals insardinia at all" ) so either buy a very good individual travel guide orconsult a travel agency locally before starting your holidayapart from that it is a wonderful hotel and highly recommendable.

Review 34：Beautiful resort - wonderful gardens, intimate atmosphere - bungalowstyle - architect very good. Dinner tables in great order so you feellike you re alone, quiet/tranquil. Wonderful balcony with lots offlowers and fruit trees, palm trees all over... Dinner excellent - fourcourse meals, friendly and attentive waiters.note: no direct beach - they tell you to use their cooperating hotel s beach (you have to pay for that!) but there are ample beautiful beaches in the surroundings (for free) - rent a car and try them, we especially recommend Costa Rei (about 30 min drive though...)

Review 35：Unless you want to tie yourselves to the schedule of the hotel van, you will need a car: the hotel is located about 1000 metres away from closest beach (Campus), and about 3-4 km from the Stella Maris private beach.

Review 36：Staff was very helpful, following up with every request if could not be resolved instantly. It is a very quiet location, good for couples or families with young children. The private beach of the sister hotel is also very nice and excellent for young kids. Restaurant was very good.

Review 37：The hotel is not directly on the beach. Visitors need to walk to a public beach that is not very far, but one needs to walk down a dusty, hot dirt road. You can purchase a beach pass to a private beach at a sister hotel but at 20€ per person. This seemed like a high extra cost for a high -end hotel.

Review 38：Extremely helpful and courteous staff. The design of the hotel is modern but relaxed. Same for the rooms. We had a lovely balcony overlooking the pool area. The grounds are stunning, especially around the pool area. In fact, there are two pools- a larger one in the main pool area and a smaller one on a lower one.

Review 39：Nothing I didnt like except the mattress on our bed was a little bit old(tired) and therefore not very supportive hence we both ached a littlein the morning from poor support but everything else outweighed thissmall little thing!
