Review 1：Parking is difficult. The look of the exterior of the hotel should be improved.
Review 2：Central to Portugal North. Easy access to restaurants by the river for the evening.
Review 3：Wifi was useless People have complained of the parking, it is up a steep slope but was not as bad as some have said, although we did have a small car.
Review 4：Good location close to the very pretty historical centre of Amarante. Very functional rooms, however a bonus was the large balcony which allowed us to have some outside space and added a dimension to the hotel room. We stayed one night, which was more than enough to explore the local surroundings.
Review 5：Bed was a little uncomfortable. Do not include the water park photo when the park itself is miles away. Use a picture of the old town and bridge instead which is beautiful.

Review 7：It doesn't relate to the hotel specifically but rather with the town's annual party (first weekend in June). I was there to go to the waterpark, not the party, which meant I was expecting quietness and instead it was packed of people. The most annoying part was the fireworks no more than 100 meters away blowing up for half an dhour after midnight, it was really disturbing especially because I was with my already asleep son. If you're not going to the annual party stay away from it if you're going it is perfect for you.

Review 11：We where not allowed to stay for a couple hours extra .. on a sunday!They claimed the might need the room (lies! The hotel was emptyingout!). I was sitting my baby and was alone waiting for my wife which wasout on a bike ride (in which the hotel was partner with theorganization!) and they pretty much "kicked me out". Had toask friends to help out with my luggage! Same happened to other couples!The staff was rude and dismissing. Not Cool! Will never stay at Navarrasagain. Period.
Review 12：The breakfast was ok, not much, but ok. The hotel was clean and lookpretty organized. Modern tv in the room, plenty of outlets, everythingworked fine, hotel is not new but looks fairly updated on the inside.Staff had a smile .. at first.

The local knowledgeof the staff wasn't the best - they gave us brochures and even anentry band for the aquapark which is for free for guests but when wefinally got there after driving on narrow and hilly roads in the middleof nowhere we found out that it was closed (only open June-September).It was quite frustrating watching the pools in 30 degrees and not beingable to jump in.

There is a public parking nearby: 3€/night but they close from 22-8h and you cannot move your car (then additional hrs cost 0.60/h). The room was somewhat coldish. Internet was not free of charge. You have to pay 2,5eur for 24h or (1€/2h)
Review 52：We stayed in this hotel for one night. We had a family room with a double bed in one part and an extra bed + a sofa-bed in the other. There was a balcony and 2 TV sets. The hotel is located next to the old town but it stands near the road. However it was not noisy during the night. The room was quite spacious and comfortable for all the family. The breakfast was good too.
