Review 1：The front desk staff doesnt communicate with each other very well. You can hear everything in the rooms. Not sound proof at all.

Review 5：Why is it that the maintenance staff has to fog the grounds during breakfast? It's extremely loud. Also I don't think that given the age of the clients, Mexican rap music is the most appropriate music during meals. It was almost as if the staff was operating under a different set of rules than your typical resort management. Just a lot of weird stuff.

Review 7：The wifi was sometimes iffy in the room, but better in the lobby. The gym is a joke - all the cables on the weight machines have been removed, and the air conditioning in there doesn't work. Reception should allow forex transactions - many gringos don't have adequate pesos, and getting into town is a hassle.

Review 8：Shrimp fajita dinner at the pool restaurant was excellent, as was the chorizo eggs & coffee at breakfast; the wait staff was very attentive - especially since the place was almost empty. The pool is great, setting awesome; air conditioning in the room outstanding - and essential in September. Excellent bathroom décor, great shower; quiet rooms, fantastic view.

Review 19：The bathbroom smelled like sewage. The toilet flushes slow. The water in the show is not hot. There are cracks in the ceilings. Most important, the bed (mattress) were wored (broken in) woke up witth back aches.

Review 23：The hotel decided to do all buffetts instead of the ala'cart menu which was quite good. The buffetts lacked selections and was one fixed price that was sometimes more than I wanted to spend. There are no other choices close.
