Review 1：I was given a room without any view. But can't complain for the price that I paid for. Another downside is there are mosquitoes inside the room.

Review 2：The interior of the hotel is new and very nice. The room is comfortable and cool. They even prepared in-room slippers and shower room slippers.

Review 3：The family room was far too pricey for a small town like Kluang. We had to pay around RM250 per room per night! The water pressure in the shower room was also poor. It was difficult to wash my long hair in the shower.

We are now like old friend with her and her lovely family. Thebeautiful reception staff Miss. June was helpful and took immediateaction when I complaint that the wifi was not working well. Review 9：Slow and poor water drainage makes the bathroom floor flood easily but it was not a big issue for us.

Review 10：Hotel is clean and comfortable. Staff is friendly and helpful to attend our needs. There are eateries nearby which are within walking distance or a short drive away. There are open parking lots available in front of the hotel, subject to availability.
